Josh Allan and his team completed our garage floor with the concrete and installed a drain! They worked in a timely manner and took my husbands needs into consideration with the finish and texture of the concrete! Such amazing high quality work. We loved the way our garage floor turned out so much that we hired them again to create a stamped wood plank concrete patio and they came up with the design and lay out and I couldn’t be happier to entertain outdoors now! Amazing workers and amazing finished product!
Ps Daniel was the best! :) -
Josh and his team are the best of the best! I wish I could give him 10 stars! How many contractors do you know who show up when they say they will.. Josh does! How many do EXACTLY what they say they will do.. Josh does! We had a driveway and sidewalk put in and their finished product surpassed our expectations! Josh offers suggestions during the project to ensure an outstanding final product! The entire team was professional and trustworthy. Thank you Josh and team for such a positive experience!

It was a dream 💭 come true. Josh and his crew did an amazing 🤩 job. He called it a party 🎉 landing 😂. It was nice to see the owner doing the same work as his crew. They were all polite, respectful and friendly to work with. I would hire them in a heartbeat 💓.

Our association hired Catanese for a $20k plus project which was half completed, it's been over 1 year and they have not come back to complete the work done. In the contract it states they guarantee their work, the original work done has to basically be redone and now we have to involve an attorney for the services and contract. Unfortunately that our association and property owners have to deal with this situation.

I hired Chase Catanese to clear and gravel a 1000' foot driveway and clear 1.5 acres for my build site. The lot is a heavily wooded 20 acre parcel with some water issues. Chase has been phenomenal throughout the entire process, going the extra mile to ensure that everything is done correctly to avoid future problems. If you are contracting with a different excavator you're making a HUGE mistake and missing out on exceptional quality and service.

We can’t say enough great things about Chase and his team at Catanese Excavating! From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Chase provided excellent communication, explaining every step of the process thoroughly—including taking photos of the sewer line damage to ensure full transparency.
The next-day service was incredible, and Chase went above and beyond by coordinating with various agency departments to ensure all work met City specifications. Safety was a top priority throughout the project, and the attention to detail was evident in the final result. The project was completed on time, and the cleanup was absolutely phenomenal—leaving the site in pristine condition.
If you need any excavating work done, we highly recommend Catanese Excavating. Chase and his team are truly the best in the business!

Joe was a no call no show twice when he said he would be out. Go elsewhere for your electrical needs.
-
Called and reached Joe who said he would return my call in 15 minutes. He never did. Called again and Joe said he would call right back and he did not.

Ferrara Electric is a really great family owned full service electrical contractor. We've worked with Joe and company since 1995 and feel like they're an integral part of our construction team.

Had my main braker replaced. Didnt know what was the problem but was told in 2 minutes after he arrived. Braker was replaced next day only took 5 mins. Very affordable and reliable. No problems since then

He answered right away and went to help when I told him it was an urgent matter. When he told me Ohio Edison needed called he followed up to ensure our needs were met. He was very nice and professional. I'll use Ferrara Electric again.

Gave them a Called told them my issue I’m having. Said to text him my address and will come thur later in the day. Never showed up I called him again said he wasn’t able to make today but will tomorrow. Waited all day no show no called. Texted him and never replied back, so I gave up

Had an electric connection problem with our AC unit. Joe came out, found a bad wire in about 5 minutes, and took care of everything quickly. I was grateful I didn’t need a new AC unit. Joe was honest and fair. Those are great traits when you need electric help and not sure of the problem. Thanks Joe!

Been asking our Management company at Countryside Estates to assist us in getting a can light in our kitchen fixed. First, after about three years living here ,the fixture suddenly became obsolete. Then wrong one was supposedly sent. Back again and now since the whole unit has to replaced and now available,no one is remotely trying to get it installed. Since Ferrara's voicemail is always full there is absolutely no way anybody can ever reach him . So who is going to fix this? Who does not return a business call?
The missing light makes that corner dark in my kitchen. Mr Ferrara has not even tried to contact us as to when he is going to take the 25 minutes it probably would take him to do the job and contact us. Ferraras Electric may be reputable but seems like they are way over their head with work and their customers from this development have to wait an extraordinarily long time for a simple service call which has supposedly been arranged by our " Management Company"which cares about their renters as much as Ferrara's Electric! Be advised!
