I am very pleased with the service from Wesley Electric. They installed the wiring and outside connection for my portable generator just like I wanted. Now I have peace of mind should we have a power outage. I recommend their services.

I was expressed right away. Had other estimates, and they were more interested in selling things I didn't need. Mike stuck with exactly what I was looking for. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, I called a lot. The crew showed up on time, and started all of them different things. I never saw them stop till the job was done. We highly recommend Wesley Electric! They installed our Generac whole house generator. The service from our first initial phone call to the installation was world class. Of the three quotes Wesley Electric came in the middle. The difference is that the others felt like salesmen and Mike was real. He never tried to sell us. He just knew the product, gas and electric. Mike explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. When deciding on an investment this big, a few hundred dollars didn't make a difference in the quality of the company. I had several calls with Amanda in the office. She was always professional, nice and helpful. The crew that installed the generator (Ross, Alex and Craig) were professional, extremely knowledgeable and respectful of our property and house. If you are on the fence about the decision, go with Wesley Electric. You will be so glad you trusted them with your investment!

They are the BEST! First off getting a quote , Mike took his time to make sure to get us what we were looking for. He gave us a couple different install options which in the end save us a lot of money. Install went just like we were told. They are clean and courteous. Customer service is outstanding. They are not selling you a generator and you will never hear from them again. By accident I hit the emergency off switch on the outside of the generator, within 3 minutes Mike was calling me asking what was going. Help me clear the code over the phone. Had schedule maintenance do the other day and we were not home , Service Tech brought in our trash can for us. Service like this is for sure unexpected in 2024. Thank You Wesley Electric.

Had them out for yearly maintenance on my Generac 14kw generator. Scheduled quickly, texted when on the way. Explained everything. Very polite, fair prices. Feel confident they will be there if I need any help in the future. Highly recommend!

An update on my previous review.
After several phone calls with Generac Corporation, I was informed they would not replace the battery warming pad due to the electrical outlet being installed incorrectly, they do not instruct companies to install it in the horizontal position to prevent this exact problem. Generac Corporation does not take responsibility for businesses installing items incorrectly

I purchased a Generac generator from them after consulting with several companies. Mike, the owner is very professional and knowledgeable. The customer service is top notch and the installers were awesome. If you are in the market for a generator, this is the company you’ll want to choose.

Wesley Electric installed my Generac earlier this year, and I have nothing but great things to say about this company and Mike’s team. From start to finish they kept me informed every step of the way, and their installation work was absolutely top notch.

What truly impressed me was their customer service. I had a concern about a breaker on Christmas Eve and expected to simply leave a message since it wasn’t an emergency. Instead, they called me back within 30 minutes. To me, that level of care and responsiveness is outstanding.

Belknap Plumbing in Ravenna is an excellent company. Punctual, excellent communication for appts and high level of quality. Very capable there is not a plumbing situation they cannot handle. Pricing for services provided is more than fair better than most other plumbers in the area.

I just had a dispoal installed by Aaron. He was very kind and professional. He even fit me in when he heard I was having a cookout this weekend and really needed the use of my kitchen sink and dispoal. Excellent service!!! I will definitely use them again!!
