Can't say enough about belknap, I had a really bad water mixing situation that was buried behind several walls and Aaron did a fantastic job finding it without having to flip my house upside down! He was very upfront about costs and what would need done making sure everything was approved every step of the way, this wasn't a small task so it took a few visits and I couldn't be happier with the outcome, thanks again belknap!

Great experience using Belknap plumbing. Aaron the owner came out personally to deal with my leaking hot water tank. He was able to get me one same day and wasted no time installing it. While he replaced it, he also advised me about other issues he saw with a few shit off valves that were also in need of replacement. I recommend him to anyone looking for quality service at a competitive price.

Aaron Belknap is AWESOME! Every interaction with Belknap has been the best I could hope for. They pick up the phone. They arrive on time. The work was excellent and he cleaned up during and after. 9 months later the wax ring on our toilet started to leak again. Aaron returned as soon as possible, arrived on time, used a flange to seat the toilet again to prevent leaking. When I asked what I owed, Aaron said nothing, as he considered it warranty work up to 12 months. I would highly recommend this plumbing contractor in Portage County, Ohio.

Requested an estimate for a rough in plumbing for a basement bathroom. A representative came out and looked at what I was looking for. He said that they do this kind of work and that it was not that hard of a job. All the previous estimates I had I received the quote after they would go to their truck and give me the price. Not belkap. I called several times asking for the quote and after 2 days I was told they wouldn't do the job unless they did the entire complete finish job. I already had someone to do the finish work. They should have told me they didn't do the rough in plumbing. None of the other 5 companies told me that. Don't believe what they say.

Called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a decent sized job 2 weeks out. 2 weeks went by, I got the text confirmation for the appointment and then they never showed up. Called them back, they said the owner got tied up and would be out later that day (day after appointment). Never showed up again, so I called once more. Was told he would call me back. Never heard back from them. Called another company and they were out within 30 minutes to take care of us. Will never use Belknap or refer them ever again.

I was getting a quote on replacing my old cast iron pipes & possibly a walk in shower. Figuring I would go with a local plumber. Service guy came out on wednesday and said I'll have a quote to you by friday no later than monday. Well no quote I called the following wednesday and the receptionist said I'll have that for you by Friday. Friday comes and goes with no quote. I call again and they said Friday again. I did receive quote two weeks later. I called two other plumbers who gave me the quote on the spot. You know I'm not hiring Belknap. I hired another local plumber who done exceptional work and I'm very pleased with his work. Replaced all my old cast iron piping and installed a walk in shower for a fraction of the cost belknap gave me for just the piping. Get other quotes before hiring Belknap.

We had Belknap Plumbing come to our home to help with our kitchen remodeling. They were excellent! We had them do a shut off and a waterline for our refrigerator. No easy task considering they had to go onto our crawl space.They also removed an old gas line and reinstalled it in a different location. Both visits they were professional and very thorough. Highly recommend!

Really thankful for this plumber. Referred to us from a firefighter who inspected our house 6yrs ago. The owner always has practical solutions to every problem on a good budget. I feel very relaxed having them come knowing just the right solution is being done to every plumbing issue. They put in a gas line to our stove, they fixed a clogged line in our garage, helped keep 2 hose lines working right outside the house. They helped with a pipeline that burst and looked for other potential problems. They also are very good at purchasing the right sinks to go in our kitchen, bathrooms and utility room. I am very impressed by the utility faucet he picked out with an extended part. It really puts me at ease working with skilled individuals and nice they give free quotes. I appreciate this company greatly 🙏

They are absolutely the best! They put new pipes in for the kitchen sink and an excellent jobs and the price was very reasonable. Definitely will use them again.
