Their crews block fire hydrants, loiter in the street, park blocking driveways and are generally a nuisance who don’t like being asked to get their trucks out of the way of traffic on a residential street

Rude. Loud. Unprofessional.
They use outdated and loud equipment and disturb residential neighborhoods at 7am on Saturdays. I would never hire these people nor want them around my family.

I used Elite Groundscapes for quite a few months, about four years ago. In terms of mowing, they did a good job. The only issue I had, and why I stopped using their service, was because they charged me $140 for leaf removal. This was a service I did not ask for and never hired them to do. I hired them to mow my lawn weekly, and that was it. So, I spoke with the owner, Richie, over the phone about it. He said that the charges were correct even though it wasn’t a service I asked for. I’m not a confrontational person, so I stupidly backed down. Seems very odd that a business can show up, do additional unasked for work, and then charge you for it, then not even reimburse you for it when the matter is discussed. So yes, they do good work mowing, but be careful of any additional charges they may try to get by on you. Very inappropriate for a business to do in my opinion.

Very disappointed when I had them they were lazy didn't do a good job! One of the owners told me he had alot of problem employees(Drunks&drug addicts) I don't know about you but this isn't what I want around my house. One guy screamed at me in the middle of my front lawn I was so embarrassed hoping my neighbors didn't see this!!! ONE of the owners was here helping with a job and they were getting ready to leave&there was alot of debris in the yard &I said are u going to clean this up he said we'll get it when we cut that was going to be days later IT looked terrible I shouldn't have had to ask this and to leave just leave it.Never ever would I use them again

CME completed a sewer main relining for our residence because we had minor offsets and tree root invasions. The process was very professional and transparent from inspection to completion. The crew arrived on time and, they completed their work in a very clean, professional and efficient manner. I am glad we were able to utilize this technology and avoid excavation of the yard to replace the pipe. I will recommend CME to anyone I know encountering sewer main problems.

CME was recommended to us by our regular company that performed drain cleanings to do some sewer repair. I couldn’t be happier with the professional experience I received and the quality of work CME provides. We had our main sewer pipe lined to repair some large holes where roots had compromised the existing clay pipe. CME has always been honest, on time, respectful of our situation and, most importantly, very competent in handling our sewer issues. I would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.

If you need a trenchless sewer repair/replacement, either lining or pipe bursting, look no further than CME.

Our sewer line had broken and collapsed in several locations, with significant root intrusion. Making it worse, the ~11' deep line runs directly under our front porch, walkway, and driveway for 80+ feet, making excavation untenable.

I had 7 companies out to take a look provide quotes. Several of the companies admitted that they don't do trenchless work and subcontract through CME. Other companies offered to tear out my entire yard, patio, walk, and driveway. Others didn't even try to scope our line to perform an independent evaluation.

When Jason with CME came out, it was clear they were the right fit for the job. They far and away offered the best value estimate for pipe bursting. They were also able to get us scheduled less than a week from the first visit.

The final solution and product was better than expected. They were able to excavate a small hole in the basement floor and another near the street curb, avoiding damage to almost all of our yard. Jason personally spent 10+ hours and tried many methods to "fish" the pull-cable through collapsed sections of pipe to avoid needing to tear out our driveway.

They also hauled away all of the spoils and backfilled with crushed rock (plus 1-2 feet of topsoil) so that we wouldn't need to wait several months for the hole to naturally settle.

Great work CME and special thanks to Jason. Recommend asking for Jason specifically if you have CME out.

In summary... best value, most knowledgeable, best crew, all around great experience. Will be having them back out to descale the cast iron sewer line under our basement slab.

After having been told our pipe was broken and needed to be dug up and a section replaced by a different plumbing company, we were ready to spend $3000.00 initially because they said it could cost more than the quoted $3000 if more damage was revealed once they dig up the pipe. After talking to my neighbor and a friend who used this other company for the same issue we were having and were told that they were very unhappy with the service from this other company (I won't name them, but be warned and just be careful who you use) we were feeling very concerned. Our one friend was quoted $21,000 to continue fixing her pipe as they found more damage once they had her lawn all dug up... she approached her insurance company to see if they would cover some of the cost to continue the work. The insurance company suggested she first call CME Pipe Lining which she did. Needless to say it was quickly resolved when CME came along with a fraction of the price and did an incredible job. Thanks to my two friends, I cancelled the first plumbing company and called CME. They fixed the plumbing without digging up the pipe. At each joint of the clay pipe, a gnarly tangle of roots had made their way into the joints... basically the length of the pipe was invaded by roots at each joint. CME cleared the roots and jet washed the pipe. The whole process was far less expensive!! The crew were friendly, timely, professional and even recorded the camera live feed to play back for us to see what they did. I am going to tell everyone I know who needs sewer pipes and blocked drains cleared to save themselves time and money and call CME

Start with Allen, a super nice guy that was very knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't have been any better. I had a sewer line that needed lined. I had a great crew that were professional, thorough and very friendly people. Made a costly repair easier to deal with. Great company, great people and great product. Recommended them highly.

We had a 50 foot section of pipe that was suffering from tree root damage and CME was able to repair it by using trenchless pipe relining. They got it done in a timely manner and kept us informed of the process along the way. They even gave us a video of how the pipe looks after the repairs as well. Great work at reasonable prices!

In March 2023 my mother's home in Hamilton experienced a sewage backup causing a flood in her basement. Jake came out and assessed the situation, recommending a hydro-flush and scope. The crew came and flushed the line a few days later, and determined that the problem existed near the connection to the city sewer line. Rather than insist on immediately scheduling a costly repair, CME provided me with a video link and contact information for the city of Hamilton sewer department, recommending that we first see if they city would repair it at their expense. Five weeks later a city crew came and took care of the problem for my mother and she has been problem-free since. Jake's expertise, contacts, and honesty enabled my mother to get her problem solved at minimal expense.

CME assisted us in making repairs to our sewer line on our house as we preparing it for sale. We ran into some unique complications that other local plumbing companies could not assist us with but Alan Craig and the rest of the CME team were up for the challenge. The communication from CME was excellent during the process and they were more than willing to expedite the repairs in order to meet our closing date timeline. While I hope to not to be in a position to require sewer line repairs again - if we are - CME will be my one and only call.

My first contact with CME was with Alan Craig who did a thorough inspection of our sewer and found a broken pipe that was not repairable using excavation. Alan completely and very professionally inspected the system by camera, explained the proposed repair in detail and sent me a proposal. I then worked with both Lindsey and Rachel in accepting the proposal and scheduling, again a good experience. Craig, John, Mike and Charlie were the team making the repair, all of which were very professional, working steadily with little lost motion or wasted steps. Each knew exactly what to do and when to do it, working together like clockwork. They all were very personable and answered my many questions along the way -- it's a very impressive operation. They showed up early and took no cell phone breaks during the job! Craig runs a tight ship!
I found the entire experience very positive and professional, the job went exactly as Alan had described, the office staff was always right-on, even sending me copies of the before and after camera videos. The installation crew was exceptional; it's good to see a well organized and detail oriented operation, not always the case today. And a comment on the well maintained and clean looking equipment and personel -- I always find how the workers and equipment look is an indication of the quality of work that can be expected.

Fast service and honest people. Roto-rooter had been supposedly been able to solve a plumbing issue for us and wanted $10,000-$20,000 to clear the sewer lines so we could use our first floor bathroom again. Jason and Charlie stopped by and helped me see that it was a non-issue after all. Thank you so much! You will be our first call when we truly need sewer line repair and service.

This company did a great job on our pipelining. We have a 100 year old home with lots of landscaping. Did it without harming the yard at all. The installers were knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. Would highly recommend this company.
