Rusty Goins came to inspect our sewer lines, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and passion for his work. He was easy to talk to and listened attentively. We had a drainage issue, a pumping station, and a sump pump that needed review. Rusty thoroughly assessed each of these areas and provided detailed explanations of what needed to be done, including which plumber to contact for each task. He even shared his direct number, encouraging us to call him after receiving any quotes to ensure we were being fairly priced for the work and to advise us on which brands of pumps to use.
He exceeded my expectations during the free inspection, and I would highly recommend him. I only wish he could handle the necessary work himself. Five stars!

I called CME to get a branch out of my sewer line that was discovered by a scope performed during the home inspection for the sale of our home. I explained the urgency of getting it done before closing scheduled in 3 days. Craig and Josh arrived the next morning, and explained what they were going to do and what different things they could try, if needed. They came prepared with all the equipment that they might possibly need The job took several attempts and different tactics, but they would not quit until they had the pipe cleared. I was so impressed with their knowledge and determination.

We had to get our sewer line flushed out and descaled because of grease buildup, some minor blockage and tree roots piercing through the line. The team was so friendly and explained everything they were doing along the way, bringing all the equipment they needed. They were fast and efficient, I know for a fact because earlier this week Rusty Goins came out to give me the estimate for my pipe liner and showed me the video in real time!! He explained how they were going to put the liner in and all the other steps of the process, insuring I knew where my money was going. CME is amazing and everyone I interacted with was friendly and patient, from calling to make my appointments to the guys that came out to my house. I definitely recommend checking them out and I can't wait to come back after the work to update!! Thanks, CME!!

Rusty the technician was hands down the best part of the very unfortunate event of having my sewer backup. He was transparent and responsible with the estimate. He let me watch the inspection, even sent the video footage to me after in case I wanted another opinion, answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything they’d need to do and why. The crew was prompt, did excellent work, and Rusty stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process for any questions. Jackie the program manager was so kind and flexible on when payment was due. The communication from everyone involved was amazing. CME is an honest company and for that alone I’d recommend them to everyone. It’s a wonderful experience feeling you can trust the people working in your home and the only negative thing I have to say is I wish they could do more in my house than just the sewer.

We had tree roots clogging up our sanitary line as it exited the house foundation and wanted a long term solution rather than hydro-jetting every couple of years. Vic and crew just finished up a liner install for us and we are very impressed with their skill and professionalism. They were happy to explain the process, materials and equipment. They did a great job keeping debris to a minimum and were diligent in cleaning up after the job. Emphatically recommend them to anyone looking to perform pipe lining.

Recently had a sewer line issue that required an intensive repair project. Three different companies came to inspect and quote. We chose CME and were extremely happy with the result. They had wonderful communication and service throughout and pricing was competitive. I learned that other plumbing companies in the area even outsource to CME for their sewer line work! Rusty Goins did a wonderful job managing the project and walking us through the entire process. Very happy and would highly recommend to anyone needing residential sewer line work!

I thought I selected a reputable company but that’s not what I got. Having completed their scope of work and paid in full $7K, I was informed by the NKY sewer district, while digging a hole to repair my lateral sewer line, that the pipe put in by CME had shifted and was no longer connected to the sewer line. The reason it wasn’t connected was because they took a short cut and didn’t use concrete to reinforce the joint. This situation could have resulted is serious sewer problems for me in the future costing more money and headache. I contacted CME and stated the issue and they were out the next day to resolve the problem because they were caught. The project manager tried to smooth over the issue and said he wasn’t there when the crew was doing their repair; I thought the project manager was the point of contact and the responsible party for all issues? I wasn’t impressed and would not rely on this company again.

5 stars!! These guys are the real deal- they are so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Rusty and his team have been absolutely fantastic to work with. We are new first time home owners who were left in a tough position with some faulty work. These guys took good care of us.

Un-believable. I had 4 other companies come out before CME, all gave me crazy high quotes to fix my pipe. Then Rusty came out to inspect, and not only was the quote much lower, but he found something NONE of the others did- there was a destroyed pipe at the end of our line! And it was the city's job to repair it.

Rusty contacted the city for us and helped us get it repaired. Again- NONE of the other companies found that, even though they did the same camera work. Without Rusty and CME finding that, we would have been in a world of hurt.

After the city repaired their part, CME came and did an excellent job putting in new pipe without doing any damage to our yard. I cannot recommend them (and Rusty) enough, it was world class service.

CME was the first to respond to calls I made to several companies on the weekend. Jason was extremely helpful in analyzing our problem by asking insightful questions, explaining possible causes, and their solutions. He then moved up the inspection appointment to the earliest time available while assuring me that there will be no charges until a solution became clear. We needed up not needing their services because the problem was smaller than expected, but I can highly recommend CME for any sewer problems.

Rusty helped me out with a camera inspection and explanation of my issues. He quickly scheduled and executed this while also providing details and comprehensively framing the problem and outlining the solutions in a way that other companies won't. Good work.

I had a serious blockage that was rather extensive and quite stubborn to clear. Rusty, Charlie and Brian could not have been better at getting us out of a crisis situation. All my options were plainly spelled out and the outcome was beyond what I ever expected… and for less $ than I anticipated.
Although I hope I never see these guys again, I recommend them HIGHLY.

I hired CME Pipe repair to conduct a sewer Lining on my main drain. I had shopped around with other plumbing drain companies and CME's pricing and experience level was by far the best. The work was done on time and video was supplied so that I could see the finished repair. I would definitely hire them again!
