The Sears service technician arrived on-time, provided shoe covering (it was raining!) greeted appropriately and immediately began reviewing my appliance issues. He quickly analyzed the issues and offered options for remedying the problem. He also performed a dryer maintenance service and quickly cleaned the areas of our dryer that were seriously in need of attention. I think his work possibly prevented a dryer fire in my home! This is the third or fourth service call for the same problem on my refrigerator.The problem has not been fixed, but the technicians won’t just write unfixable. I’m tired of dealing with this plus communication with this warranty customer service is really bad !!!

Dwight was on time, knew exactly what the problem was had the part on his truck and installed it, checked the operation left. Couldn’t ask for,better service.
