Sunday night our furnace stop working. They came Monday found the problem ordered the part and came back Wednesday to fix it. Very nice men and they did great work. Everything working great.

I am a new customer with a furnace outage and indoor temperatures of 50°. My regular service could not come for 6 days. Schar was at my home in less than 4 hours with professional service and restoration of the heat!

We had a problem installing our thermostat after trying 4 different ones for hours. It was freezing outside, snowing and the roads weren’t clear, but Luke came on a Saturday night with a friendly attitude and helped us figure it out. We had no heat for all those hours and were so thankful when the heat turned on. Excellent customer service and response. Would highly recommend them.

Had maintenance done on both of the HVAC's systems that Schar had installed. Nate came out and he did a great job and was so thorough with both of our units and he also did maintenance on our Hot Water heater that was installed by Schar. I had a new furnace and AC unit installed in January 2025 and I am 100% happy with it.
My issue came about when I had some contractors install some new gas lines in my basement. They removed some old ductwork to get to the gas lines then replaced with new ductwork but failed to cut an opening for the air to flow through the return vent to the furnace. They basically blocked it completely. My furnace sounded like a jet engine. I couldn’t get ahold of the contractor as it was after 5:00 on Friday so I called Schar and explained what happened.
Seth from Schar arrived within the hour. He ran some diagnostics and quickly figured out what the problem was. He removed the ductwork, cut a proper opening in it for the air to flow through and replaced it back. Seth was very friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and had things running properly very quickly.

Our heat stopped working the day before we were leaving for vacation. I called Schar and they had someone out there, ready to fix it within 24 hrs (and offered after hours service if we needed it even faster). Brandon was knowledgeable, quick, and super helpful!!
