I can't thank the crew at Gilbert's Heating enough. We had our furnace burn up and had the fire department at our residence. The very next morning I called Gilbert's and they came immediately and took care of everything.

They sent a tech to inspect my existing units and said I need to replace everything (which I was ok with) but haven’t gotten call back for a quote even though I paid the inspection service of $130 four weeks ago. I’ve even left messages and still nothing. I’m sure there are plenty of other businesses in the Sandusky area that will give me better service.

Started out great but I never received my quote for new furnace install. Salesman never returned my calls. What would have been a sale ended up a very dissatisfied review.

If I could give 0 I would. Took 4 visits to repair, did not listen to my explanation, blowing me off then trying to blame the problem on poor vents and central Air set up. It WORKED GREAT for the past 4 years until this June. They are dirty, covered in grease and smelly upon arrival. They had inappropriate conversations about women right outside a window where i was sitting white they "repaired" the outdoor unit of the central air. Showed up without notice then the owner called my landlord a liar.

***ROCKSTARS*** Last year Gilberts Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new electric furnace. There was a problem with it. Todd and his crew worked with me to correct the problem Not only did they fix it they went above and beyond my expiations. They installed a gas furnace which was a significant upgrade to my existing furnace. Not only did the give me a upgrade but did it at no charge. The employees were professional and knowledgeable. You can count on Todd as he was a gentlemen and man of his word.

I was VERY impressed with the service .The salesman was very friendly and understanding. He put a rush on our service call for my needs. The service techs were very professional and polite. Answered all my questions with no hesitation. They cleaned up and finished on time. I would HIGHLY recommend thier services.
