We appreciated the communication & the texted photo of the service tech. He solved our problem one one non-working unit quickly and serviced all three within a reasonable time frame and took the packaging materials and old filters when they left.

Hohler did a great job getting us scheduled the same day and fixing our furnace. Jeff Keller, the service tech was able to diagnose the issue, get us the new fan motor covered under our furnace’s warranty, and install it all in a couple hours.

Dale was great, returned call quickly and was there short time later. Did have me try some to try and avoid the charge for coming out on a Sunday evening. Most if cost was a new pump.

Following the holiday, Sunday my furnace decided to make the most horrible noise, and the capacitor started leaking acid. Called they sent out a tech (Jakob) that night replaced capacitor determined blower motor was bad. Dale came picked it up to fix my housing to save me money replaced it and came back and installed. 3 dogs, 2kids, 2 cats and us we can’t do no heat. They were quick to get it fixed. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH. Will be doing business exclusively with them in the future as I have nothing but good things to say.

Jeff the Tech put in the work and got me running again. Very knowledgeable and appreciated him explaining the problem and how he fixed it. Thank you very happy with his service.

Called at 8am about my furnace going out. Mitch arrived around 11:30am and diagnosed, got the part from the shop, replaced, and tested my system in less than 3 hours. I'm happy with the service and the price was very reasonable.

Our furnace was not wanting to kick on this year so I set up an appointment for yesterday. Our technician, Brandon was wonderful. He let me know what the issue was and quoted me the cost after contacting a place for the part was needed. The service was fast, fair, and honest. I will be utilizing them in the future.

We love Hohler and their professional, yet friendly approach to business. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and always on time! I called Rich and asked about a split system for our new glass room…not an easy request. Yesterday, Dave and his crew installed our new system…OMG!!! We are thrilled!!! The unit is even more impressive than we thought it could be…quiet and efficient, and you can’t even notice it!!! They made special panels to cover all the tubes and matched the conduit to our siding outside. What a fine, professional job. I can’t say enough about the entire Hohler staff! As you can see, even the cats are ecstatic!!!

I called Hohler with a leak at my furnace they came out the same day. They sent a service technician named Brandon I couldn't be more impressed with this technician he was knowledgeable polite clean and quick. He diagnosed the problem went and got the part had it changed out in no time and got my furnace leak stopped. Dawn in the service department was polite and professional if I could give them six stars I would highly highly recommend them !!!!!

I am really pleased with Hohler Sheet Metal. They’ve handled two different systems for me in two different homes over the past 8 years or so. Technicians are always top notch and I can’t say I’ve ever felt they were trying to pressure me, upsell me, or press for a sale — even in situations where they very easily could have pressured me and, probably, successfully. Just really competent, thorough, and efficient service. Special shoutouts to Mitchell and Jason who have gone the extra mile in helping to resolve a tricky problem for me at my parent’s condo. I sleep well knowing Hohler is standing by!

As usual the technician was early and got right to work. All the techs that have worked our home for more than a couple years have been great, knowledgeable and pleasant. They respect my home and have made sure I'll never regret getting and keeping the maintenance agreement we have with Hohlers. Thanks again for great service.

First off let me say how smart and awesome to send a text including the technician’s name and picture so you know who is safe to let into your home!! So thankful for Randy and his friendly customer service and knowledge! He let me ask a lot of questions as a first time homeowner and even taught me how and when to change my furnace filter. After a very cold morning waking up to my furnace not working, he was the saving grace to make the day better and give me peace of mind. I also recommend the annual maintenance plan. First off want to thank your company as was great in responding to our request for service. Mitchell was very thorough and very good trouble shooting the problem we had snd how to fix as well as setting the thermostat. Would highly recommend. Brandon came by to help fix an issue we were having with our boiler system. He was extremely polite and easy to talk to. He figured out the problem quickly and commented that he had a fun time figuring it out. Company is very professional and prices are a lot better than other places that have quoted us. In the past we had used a different contractor for our heating and cooling needs. Hohler has our business from here on out.

I first called Hohler for a service call where they came out and did not try to sell me something that I didn’t need. They completed the service call and gave me great advice on my HVAC unit.
They are now installing some duct work on an addition and I am very pleased with their professionalism, quick response and the high quality of workmanship. I trust them to handle all my HVAC needs and highly recommend them as they are an honest and trustworthy Company.
