Our AC died this past summer. Called multiple companies to have it looked at and see if could be saved or needed a new one. All companies all agreed; our setup was wrong, AC couldnt be saved and had to redo furnace. Gilbert Heating though was the only one that found a way that would not require me having to buy 2 new ACs and a new furnace.

This was during a very hot time of the year (95+ for 2 weeks). Todd the owner offered many solutions until the unit could arrive. Before they were able to get it setup, the unit arrived early and a cancellation occurred so we were able to get it installed sooner.

This is a family ran business and it showed. All very professional and answered my million questions. I was referred by a friend and this was one referral that didn't disappoint.

We previously used another company for the furnace, but will now be using Gilbert Heating & Air for all of our needs.

I've used Gilbert for my HVAC service for over 20 years. They have alway provided prompt service and high quality work. Recently my 18 year old HVAC system stopped working. After evaluating the issues Gilbert recommended replacing the system as parts to my old system were no longer available. Although they were able to rig parts to make it work they felt it would only be temporary fixes at best. I agreed to the replacement of the unit. The four man crew arrived on the date and time as promised and went straight to work. The job took approximately 6 hours to complete. When they left the entire job site inside and outside was neat and clean as if they were never there. The men were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with our new HVAC system and would highly recommend Gilbert for your HVAC needs.

All the staff at Gilberts were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with patience. As I had no heat in the winter, they considered my situation an emergency and very promptly installed a new furnace for me. I would highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the service. Chris called back (a fair amount of other places didn't call back) to setup an appointment. Randy came out for a maintenance check. He was on time, answered my questions, and overall was pleasant. Will definitely be calling for any future needs.

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the heatwave & on the weekend! I called Gilbert and they were at our house within two hours. Randy was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and got our home cooled down in no time. Recommend to anyone!

Unlike many contractors, Gilbert was very responsive to our call requesting service. They were even able to get to us sooner than expected, due to acancelation. Their technician Zack was very thorough at troubleshooting our issue and pointing out forthcoming issues in the boiler system. Zack was able retrofit a modern part to replace an old, no longer available part saving us thousands. Zack later returned to upgrade the piping. Gilbert's prices were very reasonable and even more importantly, they returned our call and kept up good communication throughout. Zack did amazing work, is very knowledgeable, has good attention to detail, and great work ethic. Many area contractors could learn a thing or two from them about promptness and customer service. We highly recommend them!

This company does high quality work, and their customer service cannot be beat! They’ve been working on our heating and cooling systems for the past 10 years, and they treat us like family every time. They’ve maintained and replaced both our furnace and AC unit, and they are flexible and supportive every step of the way— payment plans, convenient scheduling, and a genuinely friendly attitude from everyone at the company. I appreciate them so much and would highly recommend them!

Tech Randy F. was on time and serviced my furnace. He found a few minor things and brought them to my attention and corrected them. I have used them in the past and would recommend them!

Our air conditioning went out. We chose Gilbert because they were recommended by a neighbor who also recommended Blake the technician. When we called to set up an appointment we asked for Blake. He came when he said he would. He was polite and knowledgeable. He explained very clearly what the issue was and how he fixed the issue. I highly recommend Gilbert and will use them for any future air conditioning and heating needs.

Zack came to the rescue tonight!! It was a simple fix but he had it under control, in and out in no time, hardly any wait for him to get here(10pm)!!! With these harsh temps, we couldn't wait til morning! Thank you!

I recently purchased a home and my cooling system was set to a weird schedule I couldn’t figure out. I contacted Gilbert’s and Emily was able to schedule a technician to come out for service right away. Blake showed up at the scheduled time and installed a new thermostat and inspected my unit. He also showed me how to set up and use my new device. It was super helpful and appreciated

No one could figure out why my furnace was short cycling. Dillon(sp?) showed up 10 minutes early, worked on it for 2 and a half hours and fixed every issue! He also made sure to explain all the issues to me and how he was going to fix them. AND it cost about half what I was expecting to have to pay. My house is finally comfortable again! The dogs and I thank you!

Dale was kind and respectful. He was proactive and gave estimate for future needed repairs.

We have called on Hohlers for many years and are always satisfied. The workers are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Our last job was the gas hook up for our generator.

Was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time. Our first time using Hohler and will continue to use them.

Randy came shortly after we called and checked why our thermostat went blank and had it fixed in no time! Was much appreciated as it is getting cold-Thank you!
