For a long time we've been living with mold, mildew and some very nasty, discolored caulking in our glass block walk-in shower. Nothing we did made things any better. By luck I found Grout Petfect's online listing and called. Steve returned my call quickly and we set up an appt. I mention this because it's not always easy to find people who will follow through on inquiries these days. John and Jordan did the work and our shower looks like new. I initially spoke with Steve and received detailed information on the entire process. He answered all my questions, which were many! Aldo arrived on day 1 and could not have been friendlier. He clearly was seasoned in his expertise with grout rejuvenation. He explained what he was going to do in layman's terms. The quality of his work was top notch. When he left, the work area was just as he found it - clean and tidy. Day 2 a father and son team showed up to do the second phase of the work. Again, very friendly, seasoned, tidy, etc. They too did an outstanding job and left the work area as they found it. Before leaving, they placed a gallon jug of grout cleaner, in front of the shower, to use as needed, with instructions. I have been around many tradespeople over the years and just know and feel when things are right. We had used other grout refinishers in the past and this has been the best all around experience. The whole process was stress free with remarkable results. I would highly recommend their services.

My shower looks brand new!!!!

Grout Perfect is a great company with a great service. We first used them 20 years ago when we had a floor put in but did not like the grout color. Grout perfect re-colored it then to a color we liked. Fast forward to March 2024. The color was starting to fade and look dirty, so we called them again to clean and re-color the grout. The floor looks new again. We are very happy with this company and service. If you are hesitating to re-color or professionally clean your grout, I would say do it, your floors will never look better.

Grout Perfect did a great job staining our grout and caulking around a cabinet. Steve, the owner, was very responsive to questions and concerns, and both employees were courteous and professional.

We recently hired Grout Perfect to paint and seal our Grout in the shower that is completely tiled. Steve and his crew did an outstanding job! They were professional and extremely neat as well. The quality they produced couldn't be beat. We have shiny tile and we noticed a couple streaks so I gave Steve a call and they were here the very next day and corrected it. It would have been very easy to do ourselves but Steve wouldn't hear of it! Steve really stands by his work. We were so pleased that we are recommending Grout Perfect to everyone we know. Our shower and bathroom floors were cleaned and regrouted. The granite countertops were cleaned and sealed. After 17 years, this was a job that needed to be done!

After 15 years, my kitchen granite surfaces were looking pretty tired. Steve arrived, listened to my concerns, and recommended deep cleaning, resealing, and polishing at a price less than I expected to pay. I was so pleased with his presentation that I also asked him to look at my "just couldn't keep clean" bathroom tile grout. He recommended color sealing for my floor tile grout and also recommended replacing the broken and missing grout on the tub surround. So glad that I scheduled this as well. The floor not only looks great but finally looks clean! I would recommend Grout Perfect and Steve to anyone.
