Constraction reviews in Solon, Ohio

I was looking to get my stone/tile walk in shower cleaned, re-sealed and re-grouted. Most places I called only wanted to quote me on replacing the entire shower or even on remodeling my entire bathroom. Luckily I found Grout Perfect on line. Steve was great, he asked for photos of the shower and was candid with me that he couldn't guarantee that I might not get a leak but that definitely the shower would look better. His service guy was great. He was experienced and talked to me about his process. The shower floor was composed of mini stone tiles that had soap scum and calcium stains and the entire perimeter of the shower floor needed to be caulked and grouted. He cleaned it, he sealed the floor with multiple coats of sealant and he did a great job of re-caulking. It basically looked like a new shower floor. Grout Perfect did a "perfect" job. Quick to respond, quick to finish the project ( about 4 hours) no mess and not expensive. I would definitely recommend Steve and his team.

Excellent job in repairing, cleaning and resealing grout in our master bathroom shower. Steve and Aldo were wonderful.

Steve and John, and young man (cannot remember his name), did an excellent job on cleaning and then painting our grout in a large area of our home. It looked like a brand new floor when they were finished. It took less than a day. We are thrilled with the quality of work, the price, and the follow through. Thank you. We highly recommend Grout Perfect!

We are incredibly pleased with Grout Perfect! Not only did Steve respond right away, but he was able to turn a crew within hours of our request despite it being the most hectic time of the year. The work was done efficiently and perfectly and our floors went from ugly to gorgeous (see before and after photos)! I just couldn't stop staring at them!!! Well worth every single penny. We were told they would look like new when they were done -- honestly, they looked BETTER than new!!! We will 100% use Grout Perfect again -- next time we just won't wait so long!!! The service I received was professional, and of quality workmanship. Aldo, did a superb job on our shower regrouting. Upon completion of the job, he cleaned up and reviewed with me what he did. Thank you Aldo and Grout Perfect.

Outstanding work! We had an unfortunate situation that Grout Perfect completely corrected. In fact, in the end you wouldn’t have any idea there was even an error to begin with. Our brand new flooring was grouted with the complete wrong color! When we got home we were shocked to see what happened. Grout Perfect came in and fixed the error by color correcting the grout . The silver lining is that the grout is now sealed and will not risk getting stained. I wholeheartedly recommend this team. They even were so sympathetic and fit us in so our remodel could continue without delay.

We had an Excellent Experience! The grout looks fresh and new after 25 years. Steve and Nate were fantastic and the overall responsiveness, cleanliness, and a quality workmanship far exceeded our expectations. Thank You!

Steve and his team did an excellent job in my tile! I thought I moved into a house with white tile and beige grout until they cleaned it up and now I have white on white. It is beautiful. I can not say enough about the quality of work - they are on time, responsive and reasonable. 5 star all the way!

We hired Grout Perfect to clean more than 500 square feet of ceramic tile grout. They then colored the grout to bring it back to its original appearance. Very happy with the results. The technician arrived on time, communicated throughout the process, and was very careful protecting carpeted areas and furniture. Highly recommend this company!
