Jareh and Rolando cleaned up the basement after a sewer flood. They did a great job, kept us informed about what they were working on and when they would be finished. They finished when they said they would me. They did a good job!

About a month and a half ago I came across a puddle of water in the corner of my basement. The leak was traced back to my dishwasher located on the 1st floor of my home. I was upset and concerned but never thought it would it would create such a huge problem for my family. When the dishwasher was removed we found black mold underneath it and black mold climbing up the adjoining cabinets. My insurance Company suggested that I use Servpro to deal with the mold removal. The Project Manager (Chris Bougher) surveyed the situation and brought in a hygienist to do some testing. It was discovered that the dishwasher leak found its way underneath part of the kitchen floor and under the cabinets that were in the vicinity of the dishwasher. A determination was made to remove the cabinets that were affected and to remove the flooring that was damaged by the leak. The hygienist tested our kitchen and basement for black mold and found spores in the kitchen and dining area as well as the basement. Servpro would set up Air Filtration units to remove any black mold from our home. We were very stressed to say the least but felt like we were in good hands as they were always professional, courteous, respectful of our home, empathetic and reassuring that the problem would be taken care of. The Servpro Associates that I dealt with always took the time to answer any questions and worked hard to keep me in the loop as to how the progression of the remediation was going. It was very hard for our family as we were not able to use our kitchen dining room and part of our basement until the hygienist gave the okay that it was safe to be in those areas again. Long story short, after about 5 or 6 weeks we had our house back but would still have to go through the repairs that would be needed tp put our kitchen back together. I don't know what we would have done without Serpro's knowledge and expertise. We worked with the employees in the Barberton Office and we were so glad that we did. Carol Gumbarevic was the Mitigation Estimator that we worked with, and she always kept us informed and answered all of our questions and concerns throughout the process as well as Chris Bougher (Project Manager). In concluding there is one person that I really have to thank throughout this process. Richard Irizarry was the Production Chief Crew during the remediation process. He was so patient and so understanding, and went beyond his duties to help us through this ordeal. He addressed every concern and would always reassure us that he was going to take care of our needs. Whenever we saw him at our home it was like a family member was coming to help us with our issue. I normally don't post anything on google but felt that it was the least that I could do to thank Servpro for such great work and for helping us when we needed it most. It is no surprise that I highly recommend the Barberton Branch if anyone should need their services. Thanks again Servpro.

They say it’s all about first impressions, I was very very impressed. Jasen and his crew did an amazing job. Their character and work ethic was the best. Give them a bonus or raise, they earned it.

Plumbers came into my home and left raw sewage in my basement. It was on my furniture, floor, carpet, and walls. The basement had to be cleaned and disinfected. All of the furniture that the sewage came into contact with had to be thrown out; including the carpet and floor tiles which had to be pulled up and hauled away.

Servpro performs multiple services. They took care of everything; the disposal of my furniture that had raw sewage on it, pulling up my carpet, checking for asbestos under my floor tiles, finding asbestos, safely removing, cleaning and the disposal of the infected tiles. They totally cleaned my basement.

They took care of everything!

Make sure they can actually perform the work you need done. I called and was VERY specific about needing asbestos removed. I specified the locations, the percentage of asbestos found in the reports, and the materials they'd be working with. I was scheduled for 2 days out, between 8am-10am, then 10:45am because they had meetings. Then he shows up at 11:30am just to say they don't perform asbestos removal! They contract it out and just upcharge the customer 20% (illegal). Terrible customer service, and now this emergency job is behind 3 additional days. I'd change your company name, as there was poor service and absolutely nothing professional about you.

Andrew and his team did a tremendous job. They came from out of town to Indiana after some terrible storms and were punctual, communicated very well on what to expect, when they would be around,etc. Additionally, they had a large team that seemed to work very well together and were very professional throughout the process. Great working with this team under difficult conditions in an area that was hit hard. I felt like their number one priority even though they were supporting many other families in the area.

SERVPRO was extremely responsive. Travis Bohon and Jasen Engle led the teams with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. They answered all our questions. Sam (female) and Jason who did tge set-up, heavy lifting, teardown were hard workers. We didn't catch the names of some others. We would definitely recommend your franchise. Many thanks. Dennis and everyone at Servpro kept the whole process smooth and professional. Scheduling service was easy and they kept me updated about arrival times. I had two homes that needed carpet cleaned. The carpet was old and had deep stains on them. they put in a lot of hard work and made them look fantastic! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again!!

The service received by Servpro was 1st class. Everyone was friendly and diligent to the job at hand in my home. I would use them again if necessary.

Keep a close eye on your credit card transactions, people. My card was HACKED into after I made a first trial payment to Servpro Team Dobson. I am checking my cards often and to my horror, discovered an extra payment to the Team Dobson that I didn’t make. Immediately reported as FRAUD and requested a new card with a different number.

The Team Dobson started with the demolition, removed all they could from the walls that was attached to them permanently (some unique molding pieces I couldn’t locate at all afterwards), ran cords across the room (safety hazard), used ALL outlets so I couldn’t cook a meal, and continued cutting into the ceiling even after meeting resistance due to the metal mesh it is covered with. Boy am I glad that they didn’t succeed. But my insurance company was billed regardless, and no apology.

Demolition first and repairs next, while billing for both, how creative. In my case the repairs didn’t happen because I fired them. The demolition was totally unnecessary, followed by a poor water remediation as the walls and the ceiling remained wet afterwards. I was forced to post a positive review on my phone in haste and under pressure. So now am doing the right thing by posting this review.

I will never hire a Servpro Team Dobson franchise again and don’t recommend them to anyone.

When things go wrong in your life, along comes Servpro. I couldn’t ask for a better team. Their expertise in every field, whether it’s plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and flooring, etc., was truly remarkable. A big thanks to Jim, project manager, Ken, Evan, and the flooring man. Besides being best at what they do, they are very professional and kind. I enjoyed speaking to them all and visiting them while they were working. They called me once a week to see if there any problems and questions and this went on for two months. Always checked on me. Servpro was very professional. They call promptly to set all appointments and call when they are on their way. They clean and sanitized my crawl space, having too e mountains of storage items.
