Davey Tree did an excellent job removing over 20 trees from my property. I tried to contact a different service first and they took weeks to respond. By the time the other company contacted me, Davey had quoted and scheduled the appointment. They also did excellent work, after they removed the trees they left my property in excellent condition. I later had them come back and remove the stumps, no complaints. I will definitely use them again!

We had Davey Tree out recently do do some significant pruning and cabling of 4 very large trees on our property.

We were impressed with with the professionalism of this group right from the initial meeting for review of our property and the quoting process all the way through the execution of the work.

Tedd came out to meet with us to review the property and to assess the 4 trees that we wanted addressed.  He was very patient and thorough in advising us on what all he would recommend based on what he saw. Immediately we knew we were in good hands.

The three team members who completed the work. Ryan, Jake and Austin arrived promptly, at the time scheduled, and set up their equipment. They reviewed their plan with us each day and immediately set out to work.

All three individuals were very professional, patient, friendly and worked great as a team.  They use a combination of a bucket truck and climbing the trees to complete the work. We were absolutely amazed on how they were able to climb these enormous trees and complete the pruning.  Every large piece of the tree was safely and securely lowered to the ground.  At the end of each day, they cleaned up all of the debris from the areas that they were working in. It was a team effort and they did a remarkable job.

We could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend to anyone needing trees services on their property to reach out to the Davey Tree Company to do that work.

From the manager who comes out to review the site, to the crews—every one of them trained arborists—to the office staff who handle scheduling and billing, every interaction is professional, efficient, and courteous.

You may spend a little more with Davey, but it’s like saying you paid more for your Rolls-Royce than a Kia—they’re simply not in the same league. If you want the job done right, safely, and with the highest level of expertise, Davey Tree is the only choice.

Awesome customer service. Half of my order got lost in the mail or delayed. I contacted SWOPT. They replied within minutes, and sent out replacements without a hassle.

orderd the standard garage cleaning kit. When order arrived the hand broom head was missing. I immediately emailed support letting them know of the issue and waited 3 days with no response before calling and being told the plant was closed for the day and someone would get in contact with me the next day. Well 3 days later again and still havent heard anything. This is sad because I am happy with the
products I received, but the terrible customer servuce has left me with a negative view of the company.

These guys stand up to their warranty and customer service! I needed a replacement part and it was shipped immediately.

Product look like they are awesome. Would really like to try them. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and they still haven’t even shipped them.
Sent an email to check on shipment. Response very vague stating the warehouse was closed for a week due to inventory and they are working to ship out “as soon as they can”. One week accounted for with inventory, but what about the other two?
Sent a follow up asking if they could provide me with a more specific timeline, got no response. Really hoping I didn’t get scammed by this company. As of now, I would say definitely avoid ordering anything from them as you may not receive your products.

Super happy with The Cleaning Authority, specifically Alanis and her team! They do an amazing job, but still work fast - which I really appreciate. Their attention to detail is fantastic. Highly recommend!
