Do not honor their lifetime warranty - been trying to return my busted (unbustable) hose for weeks - they just ignore it

Yes it has a steel handle but it beaks at the plastic end

After having one of their mop heads break after a few months of use they quickly sent a complete new head assembly. Great service!

Awesome customer service. Half of my order got lost in the mail or delayed. I contacted SWOPT. They replied within minutes, and sent out replacements without a hassle.

orderd the standard garage cleaning kit. When order arrived the hand broom head was missing. I immediately emailed support letting them know of the issue and waited 3 days with no response before calling and being told the plant was closed for the day and someone would get in contact with me the next day. Well 3 days later again and still havent heard anything. This is sad because I am happy with the
products I received, but the terrible customer servuce has left me with a negative view of the company.

These guys stand up to their warranty and customer service! I needed a replacement part and it was shipped immediately.

Product look like they are awesome. Would really like to try them. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and they still haven’t even shipped them.
Sent an email to check on shipment. Response very vague stating the warehouse was closed for a week due to inventory and they are working to ship out “as soon as they can”. One week accounted for with inventory, but what about the other two?
Sent a follow up asking if they could provide me with a more specific timeline, got no response. Really hoping I didn’t get scammed by this company. As of now, I would say definitely avoid ordering anything from them as you may not receive your products.

Super happy with The Cleaning Authority, specifically Alanis and her team! They do an amazing job, but still work fast - which I really appreciate. Their attention to detail is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Cleaners do a wonderful job cleaning our house, and are so kind to our family while they are here. Today, I met Alyssa and Joanne, a new to me cleaning team from The Cleaning Authority. For about a year and a half membere of the Cleaning Authority company have come to our home every other week, to clean the entire house. Every team that has come, has been thorough in their responsibilities for a complete clean. They are friendly and it is obvious that they want to do a great job! Today, Alyssa and JoAnn were prompt, introduced themselves and asked if there were any special requests. Coming to our home for the first time, they asked if I could show them around. I was happy to do so and then they were off to doing their best work. We have been very pleased with all our teams from the Cleaning Authority.
