House Cleaning reviews in Solon, Ohio

I just don’t see how this is a deep clean worth $200. We asked for the kids room to be cleaned too. The door just gets shut and no one goes in there to even vacuum. They said the baseboards will be cleaned. They don’t. The window sill wasn’t wiped down. They were here for less than two hours but somehow did a deep clean? We canceled the service. This is not worth $200.

Team #7 was fantastic. Denise and Jeanna were a pleasure to have clean our home. They arrived in the rain but came in with sunny smiles. They were prepared and ready to work.
Of all the teams we have had they by far did the most complete job. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They should be recognized for their performance for your company.

This is an updated review - nearly one year after hiring the Cleaning Authority. We have used the cleaning authority for our routine personal home cleaning as well as other deep cleaning projects at rental properties. We are very lucky to have Chelsea and Shyan as a team and they are always so pleasant, professional, and they always work very hard to get the job done. They are also very competitively priced compared to other local companies making it an even more valuable service.. We are incredibly happy with the professionalism and quality of the service.

This was my first time with the cleaning authority. They did a very good job. Next time I will have them use my own OCedar Mop and floor cleaning products. I had to have them go over some floor areas as they were not clean. I have a lot of tile and wood floors on the first floor of the house. They were very nice about it. I am pleased with the job they did. They were a really nice team of women who are hard working.
