I recently hired The Cleaning Authority for a deep clean of my home, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! The booking process was seamless, and their customer service was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

On cleaning day, the team arrived right on time, equipped with eco-friendly products. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive; they tackled every nook and cranny, leaving my home sparkling clean.

What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I was happy with their work.

Overall, The Cleaning Authority exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely use their services again. If you're looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning company, look no further! Highly recommend!

I began using this company at the beginning of the year. The management has been great to work with as well as Team 8 (Nicole, Shay, and Jeana) who have done an excellent job in my home. Them cleaning our home every other week really helps take some of the stress out of life. In addition to the cleaning, we love the finishing touches that they do around the home.

Update May 2025: I ended my service after this review in early 2025 due to inconsistent quality in cleaning over time. I did recently request a one time deep clean since I received a coupon in my email and our schedule did not allow for us to clean ourselves for an upcoming event. I explained to the manager what my concern was from previous cleanings with not having basic things done like the beds all made, windows not cleaned, etc. I expressed that why we needed the cleaning at this time and my expectations. She assured me that it would be cleaned according to expectations and that she would send an inspector. In addition, i paid more for the deep clean due to a larger area being cleaned and time, but our house is usually maintained well. There was know way that our house needed some massive undertaking. Before I left home on cleaning day, I raised all the window treatments so that the cleaners could clean the windows. The cleaners stayed for five hours and the inspector came. By the time I came home, the house was dusted well and the kitchen and bath were acceptable; however, none of the windows were cleaned and the beds were either not made from the time we left or sloppily made. I liked the idea of the company using green products but I will be looking for a dedicated cleaner going forward who is more consistent with maintaining the same level of cleaning.

The Cleaning Authority does great work. It is awesome being able to see what time they are due to arrive in the app, and they are incredibly professional. It is hard to keep the house clean with a 6 year old, but Alanis and Jennifer do an amazing job. It is always a treat to come home to a clean home.

Love The Cleaning Authority. The team is professional and courteous. Lauren and Joannellys do a thorough job with our home. They are very efficient. I have been a customer for over four years. I appreciate the text message with the estimate arrival. Also, the email with the upcoming cleaning detail is super. I recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning company.

We had a new pair of Cleaning Authority ladies, Tina & Lisa, today & they did a terrific job. I walked them around our house to familiarize them & they followed our wishes to the letter. My wife was in a hospital bed in the great room & they took time to make sure her needs were met as well. They also vacuumed our wooden floors before they wet mopped.

Yuni and Judy did another excellent job cleaning our house today. They know exactly what to do and quickly but efficiently clean. A supervisor came today to check on their cleaning & ask me if there are any areas that need special attention. She had good suggestions for our shower tile. Thanks ! 😊

The Cleaning Authority has been helping to keep our home clean for almost three years now, and we’ve never had an issue. They’ve been very flexible with scheduling and so accommodating any time I’ve needed something special. Every person cleaning has been so kind, and they’re all so sweet to my cat, who is almost too friendly for his own good. The team this week was Alyssa and Alexis, who did a fantastic job as always.

This was my first cleaning visit with The Cleaning Authority and an experience with a cleaning business in a very long time. I was very pleased with the crew of two young women and with the job they did in my home. Looking forward to seeing them in two week again!

My 11/21 clean was awful, but what’s worse is the owner’s (Grbacs) approach to customer service. I have a camera in my home and have blatant proof that his staff did not do what I was promised, and he refused to refund my money. I also have footage of his staff mocking me from my driveway security camera, and he refused to refund me. The cleaners left and came back the same day to “fix” my clean, and two of them, including the inspector, Maddie, were rude. He claims I told them the clean was fine the second time they were here for a whopping 20 minutes because I had four people in my home staring at me with smug faces and I wanted them gone because I was extremely uncomfortable. I thought the owner would fix it when I called to explain, but he didn’t.

I think they pride themselves on this rule of intimidating others into agreeing to get their money. They are very proud of their “customer satisfaction guarantee” But they do not honor it and do not honor what is promised in the clean.

We had a great first experience with this cleaning service! Getting started was super easy, and Chelsea and Jenna were fantastic—friendly, efficient, and thorough. Our home hadn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, so the job ended up being bigger than expected. I really appreciated that additional team members came to help without charging extra.

Although bathrooms weren't the focus for this rotation, they went above and beyond in our master bathroom, which really needed attention. Even though that meant they couldn't get to the living room this time, that level of care meant a lot, and I was glad they focused on the areas that needed it most.

I'm looking forward to having them back--highly recommend!

We used this company to complete some general house cleaning. We have a very clean house but with 3 kids, we needed some help getting some of the detail cleaning completed. Our first visit was great and the cleaning crew did a great job and worked on our house for 3 hours. On the second visit, the cleaning crew was very disappointing. They walked around aimlessly as if they weren’t sure what to clean and left after less than an hour. They have a cleaning rotation that they are supposed to follow but clearly disregarded it. They discarded a dirty toilet bowl cleaner in the trash can after removing the trash can bag and I was left with having to clean it out. They didn’t dust any of the items as promised, especially the base boards. For $250, this is the biggest rip off. When we called and expressed our dissatisfaction, an inspector came back with the cleaning crew and they could be heard mocking our feedback from our driveway cameras.

There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house after work. TCA team 10 delivers exceptional service week after week. Thank you.

My cleaning team (#3- Laura & Stephanie) always do a great job. They are very friendly and my house always looks in tip top shape by the time they are done. They also do fun little things with my kids toys and stuffed animals that make them smile. I really appreciate all their hard work!

TCA came through during an emergency home cleaning for me. I am a true fan and have since signed up to have regular cleaning services. I hope my 5 star 🌟 review never changes. I am so grateful for their expedited services, amazing cleaning, and cheerful and polite demeanor. My home was cleaned expertly. Everything I asked for was done. I can't wait for them to return.

Jennifer and her team are amazing!! I ended up having my baby early and being in the hospital for an extended period of time. Jennifer knew this and made sure the next time she came to clean was close to when I was coming home so I would come home to a clean house! The house looked exceptional! Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to take that worry off my plate so I could rest. So thankful for them!

Awful experience. I was charged $637 for a four hour "pre-move in" cleaning, which was more than I was quoted over the phone. Despite specifically asking the cleaners to focus on the cabinets and drawers, these were left uncleaned - see pictures. On top of this, I called twice about being unsatisfied - it is a central number, so I was told someone from the Solon office would call me back immediately. Over a week later and still no one has ever called me back. Satisfaction guarantee listed on their website was not honored. 12/2/22

Reply to below: Why did no one ever call me back? After I called twice? Even after leaving your reply here, you clearly know who I am, yet still haven't returned my call. Your "Satisfaction Guarantee" seems completely made up at this point. Also I asked the cleaning crew (while I was there, before I left) if they thought four hours would be sufficient (and again, I asked to prioritize cabinets and drawers) and they said "yes" and suggested they may not even need that much time. 12/6/22

I can’t say enough good things about their service. I look forward to coming home every time they’ve been in because I know they’ve elevated the house in pristine shape. Thorough on all aspects. Highly recommended!
