The service received by Servpro was 1st class. Everyone was friendly and diligent to the job at hand in my home. I would use them again if necessary.

Keep a close eye on your credit card transactions, people. My card was HACKED into after I made a first trial payment to Servpro Team Dobson. I am checking my cards often and to my horror, discovered an extra payment to the Team Dobson that I didn’t make. Immediately reported as FRAUD and requested a new card with a different number.

The Team Dobson started with the demolition, removed all they could from the walls that was attached to them permanently (some unique molding pieces I couldn’t locate at all afterwards), ran cords across the room (safety hazard), used ALL outlets so I couldn’t cook a meal, and continued cutting into the ceiling even after meeting resistance due to the metal mesh it is covered with. Boy am I glad that they didn’t succeed. But my insurance company was billed regardless, and no apology.

Demolition first and repairs next, while billing for both, how creative. In my case the repairs didn’t happen because I fired them. The demolition was totally unnecessary, followed by a poor water remediation as the walls and the ceiling remained wet afterwards. I was forced to post a positive review on my phone in haste and under pressure. So now am doing the right thing by posting this review.

I will never hire a Servpro Team Dobson franchise again and don’t recommend them to anyone.

My clean up crew was fantastic! Good communication, efficient and neat. Tyler, Kenny, Jacob and Ross provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

When things go wrong in your life, along comes Servpro. I couldn’t ask for a better team. Their expertise in every field, whether it’s plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and flooring, etc., was truly remarkable. A big thanks to Jim, project manager, Ken, Evan, and the flooring man. Besides being best at what they do, they are very professional and kind. I enjoyed speaking to them all and visiting them while they were working. They called me once a week to see if there any problems and questions and this went on for two months. Always checked on me. And Carol in the office was also wonderful. They stand true of their slogan “like it never happened “

I needed SERVPRO for a different mishap and again, impressed by their service. I don't know how they find these wonderful contractors who are so awesome. They are always kind, polite, informative and professional. The last crew of Mark, Jeff and Ray goes without saying, the best there is. I feel the team of various contractors, managers, mitigation reps and so on, are all here to make the customer feel that "it's going to be alright". Servpro was very professional. They call promptly to set all appointments and call when they are on their way. They clean and sanitized my crawl space, having too e mountains of storage items. They worked nonstop to accomplish their goals. I was extremely impressed and would recommend to everyone with a flooding problem.

I had servepro as my general contractor for a flooded basement I had to have drywall flooring and general reconstruction. I am very pleased with the results. Matt Vargo was the project manager and the person who did the vast majority of the work was Quinton Casey. He was excellent. I recommend him highly. I would definitely recommend servepro again

Servpro has been super helpful and prompt in helping us recover from a sump pump overflow last week in Northeast Ohio. From the beginning their communication was great. Cody was out within a day and had an initial quote for us. Ross, Amanda, and their team had the basement cleaned and prepped for the drying process 2 days later and finally John was super easy to work with and explained the final steps of the water mitigation process. This company will be our first call for any future needs.

A special THANKS to Brandon and his team: Angelica, Rebecca & Leonel! Very thorough & professional work! We had a wet mess in our 600 sq. ft. family room after a water tank leaked for an unknown amount of time while snow birding for 3 months. Called SERVPRO and their team was there promptly after replacing the tank. Arriving at 7PM this team worked for six hours to remove furniture to a dry room and then remove wet carpeting/padding, also removing damaged paneling and wall board. Great Job!

We recently had significant water damage to the family room in the lower level of our house, which required extensive mold remediation and near total reconstruction. The area in total turned out to cover approximately 900 sq. ft., and Servpro Team Fosdick did a fantastic job.
Their project manager, Ken, and estimator, Carol, were great people to work with throughout the entire process.
Dan and Walter, the two gentlemen sent to rebuild were exceptional craftsmen and overall, very dedicated to our satisfaction with their work. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire process. Collectively they all offered some great ideas for upgrades, including the addition of reclaimed barn siding on one accent wall, which has added a unique and charming touch to the room.
Their motto, “Like it never even happened!” truly reflects the level of service we received. The transformation of our family room is remarkable, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and expertise the team brought to the project.

We had a wet mess in our family room due to a hot water tank leak. We were surprised when SERVPRO said that they would send people out on a Friday night to solve our water problem. Brandon, Rebecca, Angelica and Leonel were remarkable, and I’d just like to thank them for the great job that they did for us!! They arrived at 7PM and were here for six hours! They removed all our furniture to a dry space and then removed the wet carpeting and padding from our house. They worked hard and were nice people. Happy that they responded quickly and did such a great job cleaning the mess up so it could dry out. THANK YOU

We had a water line break under our sink. We were out of town for the weekend and came home to a flooded house. Our insurance company referred us to ServPro. Within an hour of calling, Cody came to our home and got the ball rolling.

Servpro sent out Amanda and Antonio to do the mitigation work. They both were extremely professional and did a great job on the cleanup and mitigation. My wife and I could not believe how thorough they were in all aspects of their work. For a few days Eduardo and Lismar came out to help and they were just as concientious and hard working as Amanda and Antonio.

Their Supervisor, Ross was at the site and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Every request that I made of Ross was completed promptly and to our complete satisfaction.

My heat went out while I was on vacation, multiple pipes burst and flooded my bathroom kitchen and finished side of the basement. When I came home and seen the disaster that had happened, I called Servpro and they were to my house within 4 hours! They assessed where all the water had been and began the removal. Since I was on vacation the ares that had water allready started molding. The clean up and mold removal was very thorough and kept my place clean. The project manager took time out to explain what all needed to be done. Then I found out they do the construction part of it as well. They did such a good job removing wet and molded areas I wanted them to put it back together and I made a great choice! I love the out come. Thanks Servpro!!!

My experience with Servpro was outstanding. My team consisted of Ross, Jacob, Amanda, Derek, Travis and Mason. They were all very polite and courteous. They were patient with answering my questions and did a great job explaining the process. Ross went out of his way to make the process easier for me.
