Ben came out to flush my water heater and did a great job. He showed up on time, looked everything over first, and explained what he was doing as he went. There was only a little buildup in the tank, but he still walked me through what he was seeing and how to keep it from getting worse.

He checked everything over and made sure there were no leaks, and gave me some simple tips on how often to flush it and what to watch for. The price was reasonable, no surprise add-ons, and he cleaned up before he left. I’d definitely call Ben / P.K. Wadsworth for any future plumbing needs.

Garrett with Tri-County services did a great job fixing my shower, that would not stop leaking. He was professional, quick and thorough. Everything works perfectly now. Highly recommended!!

91 year old mother's 4 year old furnance (installed by PK Wadsworth) shut down on 12/3/25. She called and was told the first appt possible was...12/8/25. Internal home temp 51 degrees, so off to a hotel. Called another company who was able to come out 12/4 confirming that the control board needed replacement and that it appeared we were still under warranty with PK Wadworth. I called 12/5 at 3:00 to see if they could order the part and avoid 12/8 turning into 12/9 and was told it "had to go to the billing department". It's Friday and I emphasized the need for me to hear back from them before end of day and was assured they worked until 7:00pm. At 6:00, not having received a return call I called again, only to be told that "this is an answering service and I can only pass along your message". Their website states 24x7 availabililty, so I reasoned a supervisor or someone would still call....of course that did not happen. The "other" company, Jackson Comfort Services, told my Mother that they would order the part in the event PK Wadsworth didn't respond (with no obligation on our part). We called them first thing Monday morning and paid them to fix the furnace which they did. Jackson Comfort Services was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to help. PK Wadsorth? Not at all.
I would advise all consideration for Jackson Comfort Services - thank you Rebecca for getting someone out same day, kindly offering to order a part that should have been replaced by PK Wadsworth under warranty, and for fixing it quickly first thing Monday, 12/8/25. Tom was a great technician!!

We’ve used PK Wadsworth for years, and their preventive maintenance plan has been a good investment to upkeep my HVAC system and make sure we avoid costly repairs. Our most recent service was performed by Ethan, who walked me through everything he was doing and gave me great advice on future work to pursue to keep my system running well. PK Wadsworth is a great business and cares about their customers.

Routine PM was done by Ethan. He was very polite and reviewed the shut off for the furnace if ever I needed to use it
Ethan changed the air and water panel, checked everything was fine with the furnace. He has excellent customer service expertise. Work done was part of service contract.

I had someone out to service the furnace and got several different quotes depending on the investment I wanted to put in. Given the age of the furnace I chose to get a quote on a new system. The new quote was very competitive and the new furnace was installed today. The service team was professional and left my house the way they found it. I’ll use PK Wadsworth for ongoing maintenance in the future!

Mike Marcinick is Awesome and knowledgeable Technician! He was able to diagnose are problem with our Boiler Heating System. We even had some options on fixing it or install a new system. Mike was so courteous towards us and we felt he was doing his best for us.
Also I want to give additional compliments to the other technicians that made all this possible on the pictures posted on the boiler installation

The electrical department at PK is amazing they give free quotes for panel changes and generators and even if your not looking for that their service call fees are the lowest I have heard about anywhere! Call PK Wadsworth for great experienced electricians!

PK Wadsworth is the best. We have used other local services in the past and needed a change because of increased prices. So ask around in our neighborhood and PK name came up with very positive comments. So we gave them a call and have found them to be excellent and the right cost. And if you have a boiler, Mike is really great. Found him to be honest and very knowledgeable.

I had my annual furnace inspection. Technician was here for all 10 minutes (literally) and left. Dusty, dirty filter was left behind and the power to the house was off the entire time. This leaves me wondering if he has known the true working status of the furnace. I truly believe he did not do a thorough inspection. I hope the regional manager reads this and give a formal counseling to this kind of work ethic because know it is not representative of the company.
