Great service person…knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful.

The process leading up to mikes visit was not so great…the AI agent was not helpful…and never told me when to expect a service agent.

Also…I told a human on the phone yesterday what I thought the problem was and the model of the boiler so the serviceman could bring relevant parts, but that info never made it into the notes for my service call so I know have to spend an additional winter night with no working boiler.

Do not patronize this company! I had them complete a diagnostic on 12/8/25 and my furnace sensor was cleaned . This week my heat started blowing out cold on and off ,so I contacted the company and spoke with the receptionist and was informed my service was under the 60 day warranty and a tech would come out to my home at no charge . Today a very unprofessional technician Ethan Milko showed up an hour late of the window of time of 1pm-5pm today at 6 pm and he was rude and left his equipment in the van. I felt unsafe due to his unprofessional behavior because of how he spoke to me when I asked him a question about my furnace , he was asked to leave my home . Then I received an invoice via email of 99.00 dollars . I will no longer patronize this business find a professional heating repair company.

Every technician that I've dealt with has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had to have a computer board replaced on the furnace and despite the tangle of wires, it was done quickly and efficiently.

It was a pleasure working with Michael Marcinick with P.K. Wadsworth heating and cooling Company concerning my boiler , if I could have given him more than 5 stars, I would have. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything from A to Z to where I understood everything without having to ask questions , that’s how thorough Micheal was. Such a nice and a pleasure to talk to person.

Jarrell Hodge is a very knowledgeable tech answered all my questions was patient and was very efficient at his job. I hope I have the pleasure of having him as a tech once the AC is installed for the preventative maintenance as well. The service that he performed was not listed so I selected AC maintenance, but he actually did preventative maintenance for the HVAC furnace and he was very knowledgeable of his job. He was also very patient when I ask questions. He also reminded me to replace my filters.

Collin from PKWadsworth was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely kind and very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything that was going on with our boiler! He came back several times and went out of his way to make sure everything was fixed properly and that we were 100% satisfied!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A LENNOX FURNACE, AC UNIT OR THERMOSTAT! Apparently this company was good when it was owned by the Wadsworth family. Now it is a disaster and owned by private equity. The manager, Jon, is simply not qualified to be dealing with Lennox customers.Call Comfort MD! We were needlessly without heat for 3 nights because I called this incompetent company first.

Ben was great! He assessed the issue with our bathtub/shower spigots and attempted to fix with, however, needed to order parts so another visit is needed.

Ben is an experienced and knowledgeable plumber, I appreciate his commitment to getting this issue fixed and look forward to the follow-up.

We have been searching for nine years for a reliable HVAC service. After nine different companies we feel we finally found one. Collin was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and sincere. Looking forward to seeing him in the spring for A/C tune up.

Ray the Mgr Install provided outstanding service with so much attention to detail. I requested someone with a good knowledge of furnace intake and outgoing pipes. He fit the bill. Very professional and personable crew for my furnace.

Mike was wonderful to work with. He discussed operational concerns between hot water heater and furnace and came up with solutions to minimize future repair needs. His work was thorough and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing/furnace repair.

PK wadsworth is the best! All the guys were professional courteous and respectful of my home. We were very impressed with the way they did all the work!

We built our house 2 years ago and were having issues with the furnace constantly stopping/starting. After having a few other HVAC contractors who had no idea what the problem was, PK Wadsworth came out and immediately identified that the furnace wasn't installed properly, which was very upsetting to us. Having to install an air box and expand our cold air returns, the issues we were having are now gone and everything is working perfectly. All of the staff, especially the repair technician Jermaine were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They worked for 12 hours straight to ensure our system was reinstalled properly and working with zero issues. I can't say enough about the knowledge, work ethic, friendliness and professionalism of Jermaine and the PK Wadsworth team. The quality of workmanship and the confidence that this company has far exceeds our expectations. HIghly recommend.

I’ll preface by saying a year prior, they came out in short notice to replace our furnace, and that was a positive experience. We agreed on a price and the service was performed.

Fast forward a year later: I appreciate how quickly they got somebody to come out to check out our furnace, which didn’t seem to be operating correctly. When I scheduled, I was told it would be a $99 diagnostic fee, and the technician would have discretion in pricing. (I inquired in particular because this system is only a year old, and I thought it was still under warranty). The tech took about 15 mins to look things over, and indicated a sensor had some carbon buildup, causing the furnace to kick on and off, and to not heat properly. He indicated he cleaned it. I was charged hundreds for this, and was told the $99 fee was purely for him to show up on my driveway. He said he was not able to adjust the price, and did not have the authority. I called later to inquire about the pricing, as it seemed steep for a job that size. I also wanted to inquire more about the warranty. I was diverted to an overflow call center, who said they would take my notes to send to the office, where I would receive a prompt call back. This did not happen, and still hasn’t after nearly a week, but was prompted multiple times to provide a review, so here I am. I thought the pricing was both high and deceptive, and wasn’t given then chance to review any work that would be done, and for what cost. I will take my services elsewhere in the future.

Brandon & Dylan were professional, informative, and very knowledgeable about what I needed to get my electricity and circuit panel up to code. I highly recommend P.K. Wadsworth. Their pricing is reasonable and they do not sell extras you don't need.

Ethan and Miguel did a great job on my heat pump coil replacement …. Not a particularly easy job.They were communicative, friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. It’s all working perfectly now.

After having a good experience with PK Wadsworth for a service call a couple months ago, we signed up for their service plan program. Last week we had our first annual maintenance service as part of that plan for our boiler system. They were great again. The technician Derek was very friendly and helpful, not only doing great work to maintain our system but also explaining everything he did, answering all of my questions, and just further educating me on how the boiler system works (we moved in this summer and this is our first house with a boiler for heat, so that was very much appreciated). He then came back two days later to replace valves on some of the radiators that were not functioning properly. Would definitely recommend PK Wadsworth to anyone in the area, we’ve had a great experience with them so far.
