Reviews of local pros in Solon, Ohio

I called Steve in an absolute panic because I had just had my floors cleaned by another company and all of the grout started coming up in my kitchen floor... this was two days before we were having photos done of our house to list on the market. Steve called me back within minutes and was out to have a look that afternoon. Within 3 days the grout was both filled and painted BEAUTIFULLY. I am so thrilled with the quality of work and amazing customer service. I am so thankful to have found Grout Perfect and will be referring them to everyone I know. Thank you!!

We were very impressed with Steve and his crew. They are professional and communicate well .
Our shower and bathroom floors were cleaned and regrouted. The granite countertops were cleaned and sealed. After 17 years, this was a job that needed to be done!
Also, Aldo cleaned our fireplace stone and it looks great.
Overall, we are very satisfied and recommend this company.

Aldo did a very nice grout repair in all of the bathrooms and showers. He was pleasant to work with and took pride in his work. I would recommend Grout Perfect.

Steve was amazingly responsive and promptly addressed a concern we had, putting our minds at ease. 1st 4 pictures are ‘Before’ and the last is the ‘After’ ….feels brand new again.

After 15 years, my kitchen granite surfaces were looking pretty tired. Steve arrived, listened to my concerns, and recommended deep cleaning, resealing, and polishing at a price less than I expected to pay. I was so pleased with his presentation that I also asked him to look at my "just couldn't keep clean" bathroom tile grout. He recommended color sealing for my floor tile grout and also recommended replacing the broken and missing grout on the tub surround. So glad that I scheduled this as well. The floor not only looks great but finally looks clean! I would recommend Grout Perfect and Steve to anyone.

I was looking to get my stone/tile walk in shower cleaned, re-sealed and re-grouted. Most places I called only wanted to quote me on replacing the entire shower or even on remodeling my entire bathroom. Luckily I found Grout Perfect on line. Steve was great, he asked for photos of the shower and was candid with me that he couldn't guarantee that I might not get a leak but that definitely the shower would look better. His service guy was great. He was experienced and talked to me about his process. The shower floor was composed of mini stone tiles that had soap scum and calcium stains and the entire perimeter of the shower floor needed to be caulked and grouted. He cleaned it, he sealed the floor with multiple coats of sealant and he did a great job of re-caulking. It basically looked like a new shower floor. Grout Perfect did a "perfect" job. Quick to respond, quick to finish the project ( about 4 hours) no mess and not expensive. I would definitely recommend Steve and his team.

Excellent job in repairing, cleaning and resealing grout in our master bathroom shower. Steve and Aldo were wonderful.

Steve and John, and young man (cannot remember his name), did an excellent job on cleaning and then painting our grout in a large area of our home. It looked like a brand new floor when they were finished. It took less than a day. We are thrilled with the quality of work, the price, and the follow through. Thank you. We highly recommend Grout Perfect!

Steve and the entire Grout Perfect team are fantastic. They do a great job of offering multiple options for any problem you have. Their scheduling is easy, convenient, and they are always on time, if not early. I highly recommend them

Thank you so much for painting my kitchen tile grout. I am pleased with it, being an older floor and making it match much better with my kitchen makeover. John and his team were timely, very courteous and respectful. There was a few areas that got missed, but the team quickly made it right. The owner, Steve, was very accommodating on scheduling within a week of my grout cleaning.

We are incredibly pleased with Grout Perfect! Not only did Steve respond right away, but he was able to turn a crew within hours of our request despite it being the most hectic time of the year. The work was done efficiently and perfectly and our floors went from ugly to gorgeous (see before and after photos)! I just couldn't stop staring at them!!! Well worth every single penny. We were told they would look like new when they were done -- honestly, they looked BETTER than new!!! We will 100% use Grout Perfect again -- next time we just won't wait so long!!! Thank you, Steve, for the incredible work you did!

The service I received was professional, and of quality workmanship. Aldo, did a superb job on our shower regrouting. Upon completion of the job, he cleaned up and reviewed with me what he did. Thank you Aldo and Grout Perfect.

Outstanding work! We had an unfortunate situation that Grout Perfect completely corrected. In fact, in the end you wouldn’t have any idea there was even an error to begin with. Our brand new flooring was grouted with the complete wrong color! When we got home we were shocked to see what happened. Grout Perfect came in and fixed the error by color correcting the grout . The silver lining is that the grout is now sealed and will not risk getting stained. I wholeheartedly recommend this team. They even were so sympathetic and fit us in so our remodel could continue without delay.

We had an Excellent Experience! The grout looks fresh and new after 25 years. Steve and Nate were fantastic and the overall responsiveness, cleanliness, and a quality workmanship far exceeded our expectations. Thank You!
