Reviews of local pros in Solon, Ohio

I called Grout Perfect/Perfect Services because both of my bathrooms (custom stone and tile) needed to be cleaned, re-caulked and sealed. With this being said, I am a very particular person with extremely high expectations. Grout Perfect/Perfect Services did an EXCELLENT JOB and exceeded my expectations. A special THANK YOU to Aldo who really took his time, focused and is a master at his craft! Aldo has the eye for small details with these types of jobs. I am very happy, and will be a continued customer. THANK YOU Grout Perfect/Perfect Services!

Steve and his crew did a great job on my kitchen and laundry room. After 2 years, my new, unsealed tile grout looked terrible. Steve came out, did a demonstration, showed multiple color samples for colored sealer, and answered all my questions. He gave a competitive quote compared to the big guys. His crew came after I booked them in a few days. They cleaned the entire kitchen floor and grout lines then did a color seal. It looks better than the day it was brand new. Time will tell how well it holds up to dirt, but I'm confident it will do well.

Grout Perfect are the Pro's to call for your tile restoration project. Steve and his team helped us on our Master Bath project in the past and we bring them annually for the professional cleaning, grout color, and sealant. We recommend Steve and the Grout Perfect team to everyone.

Had my shower grout cleaned and re-colored by Grout Perfect. Great job! The one thing I really appreciated was the communication. Always called and let me know the status of the project and arrival.

We used Grout Perfect to color seal our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room flooring. Steve was very helpful in selecting the correct grout color. John did an outstanding job of cleaning and color sealing. Everything looks new again. We would highly recommend Grout Perfect to family and friends.

For a long time we've been living with mold, mildew and some very nasty, discolored caulking in our glass block walk-in shower. Nothing we did made things any better. By luck I found Grout Petfect's online listing and called. Steve returned my call quickly and we set up an appt. I mention this because it's not always easy to find people who will follow through on inquiries these days. John and Jordan did the work and our shower looks like new. They were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Clean up was impeccable. We're very happy with the results and I recommend this company highly. The whole process start to finish was seamless. L. I initially spoke with Steve and received detailed information on the entire process. He answered all my questions, which were many! Aldo arrived on day 1 and could not have been friendlier. He clearly was seasoned in his expertise with grout rejuvenation. He explained what he was going to do in layman's terms. The quality of his work was top notch. When he left, the work area was just as he found it - clean and tidy. Day 2 a father and son team showed up to do the second phase of the work. Again, very friendly, seasoned, tidy, etc. They too did an outstanding job and left the work area as they found it. Before leaving, they placed a gallon jug of grout cleaner, in front of the shower, to use as needed, with instructions. I have been around many tradespeople over the years and just know and feel when things are right. We had used other grout refinishers in the past and this has been the best all around experience. The whole process was stress free with remarkable results. I would highly recommend their services.

I hired Grout Perfect to do a ceramic tile repair, clean and change grout color in our shower and bathroom floors. The guys were punctual, professional and finished product exceeded my expectations. I want to thank Steve and his crew for the outstanding job and great customer experience.

The tech, Aldo, was prompt, friendly, professional, and did excellent work! Communication with the company was great, and the price quoted for the job was exactly the price charged. Very pleased with their service and would definitely use again. Highly recommend!!

I was impressed with the communication and timely scheduling to get my shower marble cleaned & sealed. The technician communicated well, was skilled at his job and kept the area very clean. So happy with my shower marble!!!!! Looks brand new. Would definitely recommend.

Grout perfect did a phenomenal job restoring our floors! They were extremely professional and accomidating of the other contractors also working in the house. I would highly recommend anyone talk to this company before simply ripping out and instilling new floors.

Owner Steve is fabulous. Employees who came to do the work very kind, professional, and clean. Everything is done possible to make sure we are 100% happy. 100% recommend Grout Perfect
My shower looks brand new!!!!

Grout Perfect is a great company with a great service. We first used them 20 years ago when we had a floor put in but did not like the grout color. Grout perfect re-colored it then to a color we liked. Fast forward to March 2024. The color was starting to fade and look dirty, so we called them again to clean and re-color the grout. The floor looks new again. We are very happy with this company and service. If you are hesitating to re-color or professionally clean your grout, I would say do it, your floors will never look better.

Steve and his team did a great job cleaning and coloring the grout in my shower and bathroom tile floor. Easy scheduling, arrived on time, and meticulous in their work. My shower now looks brand new!and much cheaper than getting a new install. Don’t hesitate. Give him a call!

Grout Perfect did a great job staining our grout and caulking around a cabinet. Steve, the owner, was very responsive to questions and concerns, and both employees were courteous and professional.

Our shower and bathroom floor were quite stained and mildewed. Grout Perfect suggested not just cleaning but staining the grout so it matched the rest of the bathroom. They did a great job and it all looks fantastic. We will use them again,

We recently hired Grout Perfect to paint and seal our Grout in the shower that is completely tiled. Steve and his crew did an outstanding job! They were professional and extremely neat as well. The quality they produced couldn't be beat. We have shiny tile and we noticed a couple streaks so I gave Steve a call and they were here the very next day and corrected it. It would have been very easy to do ourselves but Steve wouldn't hear of it! Steve really stands by his work. We were so pleased that we are recommending Grout Perfect to everyone we know. Further, we are thinking about doing the same thing in another room and wouldn't hire anyone else for the job. Obviously, I highly recommend Steve and the crew from Grout Perfect.

My (inherited) 50 yr old tile floor looks brand new! So many compliments! I am so pleased with the results. Company was easy to work with and price was so great for all they did! I actually cried when they finished. I only wish I would have found them when my mom was still around to see it. Thanks Grout Perfect!

So happy with the great job Aldo did on our shower grout and color seal! Excellent customer service !

Aldo was my tech who took great time to explain the process of redoing my floor shower that needed attention. Very happy with the results.

Top notch customer service! I called 2 companies. Steve from Grout Perfect called me back right away, came the next day to give me a quote and we had the job scheduled before the other company called back days later. The estimate was exactly what was charged and the crew worked longer than expected to get the job done. Best of all my floor looks brand new. Steve even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Totally recommend Grout Perfect.
