Billy, Alex and Ian did a great job today at my home. I highly recommend them for duct cleaning.

We had nothing short of exceptional service from Mold and Air Duct Pros. We had mold in our basement that needed treatment and the team was fantastic from the start. Mark and Josh made the entire experience easy. They both explained everything they did and why. From locating the moisture and air quality testing to mold treatment and air duct cleaning, we knew exactly what was happening in our home. Not only did they make us comfortable with the process, we were comfortable with them in our home. When unpleasant situations (like mold) happen in your home, it’s nice to count on reliable and trustworthy companies like them! I would go with them time and time again.

We had our duct cleaning completed by the mold and duct pros March 2025. Scheduling was smooth with their office and Felipe and Roman did a great job at our home. Very detail oriented. Drop cloths throughout, explained in detail what they were doing and why and showed before and after pictures. Home was left cleaner than how they found it. Very positive experience by a very professional company.

Felipe and his crew were great! They informed me every step of the way and answered any questions I had.

The Pacheco and Nate were competent, efficient, and very concerned about the clean-up now and going forward to prevent recurrence of mold. I highly recommend them to resolve your calamity.

After flood damage, Instant Mold Pros gave me the best price for the best work. They removed the damaged drywall, which was not an easy task with plaster behind some of it. They covered everything and moved items as needed to access the walls. They sterilized the areas and went above and beyond to ensure it was done right. They were great guys to work in your home during a tough time. I was very pleased with the sales and service side of things.

Phillipe and Jonathan were a pleasure to work with. They were thorough and efficient cleaning the air ducts. Would definitely recommend this team.

And fogged. Friendly, professional, took their time. We had Billy, Jonathan and Ian- and the best part was the integrity and honesty when some paint had been wiped off of a vent they took a picture and let us know as well as offering to come back if we noticed anything was broken or damaged in the process. Before and after pictures were really nice too.

This company set up a chamber with dryers and a de-humidifier. They were professional, friendly and explained everything well. Professional, courteous, and respectful are just a few words to describe them. They explained in depth what the job would entail and how long it would take. Also, during their time at the house, Chuck the manager stopped by as well to check on their progress.
