Hired Your Family Maid because I needed help keeping house. What I got was diamond earrings stolen and a ridiculously poor cleaning job. Unless you don’t value the things in your home- do not hire. Owner didn’t care. His best effort was putting me on 3 way for the people who had been there to say they didn’t steal from me. Ridiculous. I filed a police report but nothing happened. Thiefs and liars.

The service was excellent!! I had them clean a rental property of mine.. They where very prompt with arriving as scheduled..Molly was very pleasant to communicate with on the details of the job I requested to be done. I most definitely will be using there services in the future..

I’d always been apprehensive about having strangers in my home. Recently I experienced some personal issues that caused me to fall behind on the upkeep of my home. I was in mourning, experiencing depression , and in a funk I could not shake. I’m ashamed to say that this led to my home going unkept. It was a HOT MESSS!!!!!!!!!
These people were so kind, understanding, and professional. It was miraculous!!!!! The cleaned my space so efficiently and in a timely manner, well within my budget. I have already scheduled again for November. I will continue to use them on a regular basis. They are a great help to me as I care for my teen son and my elderly parent. My load is a lot lighter because of them.

Very satisfied. After hiring them to clean my home prior to putting it up for sale, I realized I never explained everything I wanted done. But to my surprise, they did it all. Oven, fridge, cabinets inside and out, bathrooms, etc. Fair upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Would def hire them again.

These guys were great! They were on time, reasonably priced below the big name servicers, and they did a much better job than I expected. I was moving out and my place was really dirty and needed good a deep cleaning. They went above and beyond and made that place sparkle!
