I hired this company to clean my father-in-law’s house. I live out of state, but I asked my brother-in-law to be present during the 3 hour cleaning.

They showed up without supplies and late.
My brother-in-law was beyond upset because all they wanted to do was talk. The gentleman ran the kitchen sink for 45 minutes until my brother-in-law asked to shut it off.
They spent 2 hours in a very small kitchen. The job was mediocre.
I flew 4 days after they allegedly cleaned the house, and the place looked the same as before. I had to clean the whole house again.
All the toilets (2) were dirty, one of them is downstairs and nobody uses it, so I know they didn’t even touch the 2nd bathroom.

Please do not waste your money with them!!!

I am so impressed with Your Family Maid services. I was looking for someone to clean my empty house in Mt Healthy area, and found them online. They did a superb job. Everything is so clean it sparkles! Their rate per hour was better than any other company I called. I highly recommend them-job well done!

They charged 100 dollars an hour to clean our house and it took them three hours to clean two and a half levels of our relatively small home. The quality of the cleaning was good but they did not clean the mantelpiece or wipe the kitchen table down very well. It just feels like it took a large amount of time and money for the service that was provided. There are definitely cheaper options that would clean your house just as well.

We need to move out one place and move into another place. Your family maid did both cleaning for us. They are responsive and are on time, and charges reasonably. At both places they did a great job. Some paint got spilled, then Terry the owner stayed behind and helped to clean it himself without charging me any extra. I really appreciated their professionalism. I will not hesitate to use them again.

I have had a patio put down, landscaping, mowing and tree trimmig done and have been very satisfied with Marcos and his crew. The pricing is very fair!

They have done spring maintenance for many homes in the neighborhood. I decided to give them a try. They do a good job at a fair price. They use good triple shred fine black mulch that looks great. I would use them again.

I have used Lopez, Lawn Care and Landscaping for several years and year over a year. We have always been pleased with the quality of the work as well as the prompt service.

A constant failure to show and reschedule of appointments. Going on 2 months now and my dryer is still not fixed

Mark was very nice and explained exactly what was going on with my dryer and showed me what he had to do to fix it. It was great to have someone that did not take financial advantage of the repairs.

Customer service ( scheduling , central 800 number responses , AI responses ) is poor/awful at Sears home services.

I would not recommend this place for ANYTHING!!!! We bought a 5 yr. warranty and our mower was down at this place every year...FOR THE SAME PROBLEM!! Plus each time they had it over a month each time. Last year they had it in early spring, they had to come back and get it and I had to call and tell them that if I didn't have it back in a week, I was going to report them to everyone across the board. Now, we go to mow the grass, and the same thing is wrong with it, only now, our warranty has expired and we are out a mower b/c of their stupidity and lazy not experienced, we have to buy a new lawnmower. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

I explained the issue that we were having with him. After a few minutes he explained what the issue was with the washer. He then completed a fix for the issue in a very timely manner and explained everything to me. I was very appreciative of his services.

LG Frig Compressor Failed and no other service company would touch it since it still had warranty. Sears came out and confirmed failure, ordered parts and was on time for repairs and finally got frig back in operation only thing I'm nervous about is 30 day warranty majority of other services were 90 days our service tech was great and very friendly

He was great! Not an easy job repairing my older frig. He had no issues! He knew without hesitation how to do the job. Very kind and respectful.

I have not had a service tech over to my house today. I'm looking for somebody to fix. My refrigerator are replace it and I spent 10 hours with no service on June the ninth I need someone at my house today to either fix it or replace it. I am not happy because the Lowe's warranties are a joke. So I would appreciate if someone comes to my house today to repair my refrigerator and I have not had anyone over to date and today, they're supposed to service.
