Awesome company and beautiful cleaning! Let's start with the company, customer service, and professionalism because at this point in society, it is most important! They are 5 stars at Quality Clean! Courteous, punctual (okay, there was confusion on arrival time and they were professionals and took responsibility, which is refreshing, and gave me a free stain protector to make up), mannerly, respectful of both me and the 2 homes they cleaned (cleaned up, wore booties, used door guards, used floor mats), fast appointment times, worked with my schedule, texted alerts and reminders, and easy to reach and schedule with the office who was also very kind, funny and professional.
Now, for the actual cleaning service: everything smelled wonderful, looks bright and beautiful and new, the carpet is fluffier now, and the light colored couches and chairs which were all covered in pet hair and barf and other yucky things look and smell amazing! My light colored area rug looks brand new! Also, their equipment is new and therefore things dry very quickly which in the past with other cleaning companies, I have had wet carpet for days----no way is that staying clean. I was very impressed that in a matter of hours everything was pretty well dry.
Finally, it was Van, the owner, who did all the work on the homes and I am not sure if he does all the work all the time, but he was excellent and I was pleased and impressed that the owner cleaned my homes.
In conclusion, I am a very satisfied customer and will never use anyone else, and would highly recommend them (and already have)!
As for price, I believe you get what you pay for and would not blink an eye at their prices. Well worth every penny!! To me a quality job by a professional is a very good deal, indeed!

Matt's mom and Fred did a good job. She showed me Matt's huge house. For the little bit of area that was cleaned. I think $144+tax $169 was too much. All together it would have equalled one room and a small hallway. But I liked how fast it dried. 3 stars for the cleanliness and 1 star for the price.

We recently moved in to our house and the finished basement carpet probably needed replaced due to previous owners pet stains/odor. We took a chance with Quality Clean to see if it was salvageable. Van took his time showing me exactly where the stains were and made no guarantees and did not pressure me. I decided to go with the steam clean and pet deodorizer/ anti microbial application. Lucky for us, the odor is completely gone, no chemical smells of any kind and the carpet looks great! It was dry by the following day. We can get a few more years of life out of our carpet now . They were very courteous and thorough. Highly recommend this company. And will use again if ever needed.

I called Quality Clean Carpet Cleaning after researching the many cleaning services in the area. After reviewing their website and the powerful steam cleaning equipment that they use, along with the impressive truck that is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment sold me to give Quality Clean a try.
The owner Van came out to review what my needs were. Van measured all the carpet area and gave me a fair quote. I requested Van to come out before we started putting up our Christmas decorations for the holiday season, so the restaurant would look nice and crisp. Van kindly fit me into his schedule, which was very appreciated.
I was there the night Van came to clean. Super nice guy, great conversations as we talk throughout the evening. I was in awe seeing the carpet come clean like new right before my eyes, it was incredible.
Since that first cleaning, Quality clean has been out again to clean our carpet at Sammie’s, along with cleaning our carpet at home, and another family member.
I would use Quality Clean Carpet Cleaning again for my business or home without hesitation. If you are on the fence on who to use for your cleaning service, I would point you in the direction of Quality Clean. You will not be disappointed.
