Had used Quality Clean previously for air duct cleaning. This time I needed older berber carpet in our finished basement cleaned. I believed it was beyond the effort to make it look worthwhile, but QC was able to bring it back to an attractive appearance that I want to use the space again. Thanks so much for your efforts! I'll use QC again for my living room once the Christmas season is over.

I have tried other carpet cleaning companies in the past and they were awful (one used a small machine you could rent yourself, one soaked the carpet and cleaned with cold water which took days to dry). Quality Clean is a top-notch Family-owned small Business that takes great pride in their work and uses new state-of-the-art equipment. Your carpet will look like new and smell fresh and clean. Van and the whole team at Quality Clean are truly outstanding at what they do. We had a super dirty large spot in our basement carpet from a bad water leak. The carpet looked ruined. Van came in and in no time was able to get the carpet almost 100% perfect. He even came back one more time to give it a try again and got the carpet looking way better. I am not easy to impress --- I am impressed. Van and his son are amazing. The way they prep your house first to make sure its not damaged by their equipment and maintained use of masks is very professional. The way they scout the areas and confirm the cost upfront so you aren't surprised is integral. The method in which they get the carpet clean without leaving it drenchinq wet is awesome. We got started a little later than scheduled, but they were quick and effective and worth the wait. The clean up system they implement as they depart just really shows they take pride in leaving your house looking and smelling clean. I highly recommend and will be using this company again and again.

We moved into a new house and there was a ton of residual cigarette smell on the carpet and in the air ducts. I looked at some reviews online and after reading the excellent remarks from past customers, I decided to call Quality Care, and I am so glad I did!!! The communication with the office staff was FANTASTIC! They were polite, professional, and obviously knowledgeable about the process. As the appointment day drew near, I received a confirmation email to remind me about the appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a text message from the crew telling me when they were 30 minutes out. The crew showed up promptly on time and we're in a we'll marked company van and uniforms. This just reassured me that they were completely legitimate and not some scam artists that I have read about in the past. They reviewed my house and gave me the exact cost of what everything would be. Their professionalism and knowledge exceeded all of my expectations. they explained everything they were doing and how it would eliminate the cigarette smoke in the carpet and the air ducts, and when everything was complete, the bill they gave me was exactly what they quoted me. I gave them a 5-star rating, simply because there was nothing higher! I highly recommend them the next time you need carpets cleaned or your air ducts cleaned, deodorize, and sanitized! excellent work, fair price, professional and knowledgeable. Wow, Quality Clean is amazing! When we bought our house, we were debating on replacing the carpet throughout, but after QC did their thing, it looks brand new… saved us a bunch of $$ there! We also had the ducts cleaned and the tile floors/grout cleaned as well. We're so happy we went with Quality Clean as they were professional and courteous and did an awesome job with everything. Highly recommended by us for sure!

Great customer care. They go above and beyond to make sure my carpets are extremely clean. I have one room in which we call the man room, very used. This rooms carpet always gets extremely dirty and Quality Clean always gets it clean and looking new. Every room in my house has carpeting and I have them come twice a year and I feel that my house and carpet smell and look wonderful!

Every question I had was answered and then some. Everything looks great & like new. Traffic areas are really clean! It took longer for the carpet to dry though then expected. Probably because of the type of material.
Talked about air duct cleaning also. Van is an expert knowing what to look for since my vents connect to asbestos material from original building build. It's not about a sale but about what's best for client. Truly professional!

I have used so many different carpet companies the last few years. I have used van from quality clean. I will never ever ever choose anyone else professional. The stains that were in the carpet I thought would never ever come out. I was wrong. I think Van is magic lol. Very personable, polite, caring. I cannot say enough. I'm telling everyone right now.
