Extremely satisfied with Blind & Sons A/C system repair and specifically technician Jibreel Hawkins. B&S was able to show up on the day I requested and Jibreel was exactly on-time. Jibreel was a great brand ambassador for Blind & Sons by providing me with the information regarding the problems with my A/C and the remedial actions, parts, and estimated time required to fix the system. Karl Metzger is a hydronic heat expert and combi-boiler expert. If you have those type of heating systems, he is your man!

Today he investigated Navien SH error codes and ither issues while descaling the DHW side of ou combi boiler.

He also provided support to the 6 zone manifold "birdcage" with metal bands and a support rod.

Jay and Ethan did a great job. They were very professional. They took the time to explain all of the new equipment after the installation.
