I really appreciate the wonderful service I had today on my air conditioner. Darren was able to come early for the repair. He was friendly and professional. Especially since my little dogs barked the whole time. I also appreciate dealing with a company that is trustworthy. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service!

Have had great experiences anytime our heater needs fixed or serviced. From on the phone scheduling time for someone to come out, to the employee fixing the heater, the employees are super nice and helpful. Thank you for fixing our heat.

Mike came to do furnace cleaning and to check out loud whirring noice when the inducing starts and while furnace running. He was helpful and patient as he answered my several questions. I learned that in the bearing that is wearing out is sealed on my furnace model and repair can’t be done. He discussed a couple of times that a new inducer could be installed but I declined. When he finished the cleaning etc he went over all the work details with me. I was very satisfied.

Furnace acted up on middle of extremely cold night (of course!). Called & left message. Joe called early next morning. Asked about problem & offered to come (Saturday) but said I should check the filter. Removed filter temporarily and furnace started functioning properly so I went & bought a new filter. His trouble shooting saved me a weekend service call and him from freezing his behind off as it’s an outdoor unit! This kind of service is rare these days and I will be scheduling a furnace tune up when it warms up a few (or many) degrees!!!

Recently bought a house and signed up for Brandon's annual service deal so I could learn more about the state of the house's furnace and A/C and get anything fixed that needed fixing. Darren performed the furnace and A/C inspections yesterday and was extremely informative, thorough, courteous and professional. Answered all my questions, gave me some useful tips, and replaced a failing part in the furnace. Excellent value to feel safe and secure and keep everything running for as long as possible. And when I do need replacements, I feel like I've found a trustworthy company to do the work. Highly recommended!!

The technician didn’t offer any troubleshooting or guidance on how to fix the problem, and I had to push him to even get any information about what was wrong. When I asked about next steps, he didn’t provide any solutions, and it felt like he was just looking to charge for a service without addressing the actual issue. I have no problem paying for service calls but offer a solution if you’re going to charge someone! Spoke to owner as well and extremely rude just looking to take advantage of you. I would never recommend to anyone!!

I was never told about the $80 service fee when I scheduled the appointment. The tech showed up, told me what I already knew, offered no solutions, and was in a rush to leave. I had to call the office just to get basic info, and they still wanted to charge another fee to come back—despite doing nothing the first time.

Thankfully, I found a professional company that fixed the issue and will help bring my utility room up to code. This company was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional from start to finish. Avoid them at all cost.

Brandon HVAC installed our entire system (replacing furnace and adding central air to our 1955 house) when we bought our home back in 2013 and it worked perfectly with the only maintenance being replacing the filter regularly. Now in 2025 we finally had an issue with the AC and not only did they come out the same day, the technician diagnosed and replaced the outdoor disconnect within about an hour all for what we felt was a very reasonable cost.

No upselling or exorbitant labor rates, just came, diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, efficiently and affordably.

Awesome, affordable service that I would recommend both for install and maintenance services and wouldn't consider calling another company.

Do not use them for service!! They were rude. They also charged us an insane amount for calling our home warranty company. We had another company come out and they did everything Brandon did for free. I do not recommend going with these people.

I can only say good things about this company. I have never had a bad experience with them. This company has been great. This is the only company I have dealt with in past 5 years that I do not feel is trying to rip me off or over charge me. As a matter of fact they go out of their way to make sure you got what you paid for. They installed a new furnace about 10 years ago and that was great. 3 years ago they installed central air in our house that did not currently have it and that was wonderful too. They come out twice a year to service my HVAC system (If i remember to schedule it) and i have never had an issue.
I highly recommend them and anyone who hires them will not be disappointed.

Our AC was on its last legs and we got multiple quotes. Far and away, Brandon HVAC was the best value and most highly regarded by word of mouth.

Adam recommended a unit that fit our needs perfectly, and Steven and Sam did a phenomenal job removing the old furnace/AC and installing the new unit.

Steven and Sam showed up right on time, were professional, polite, and did a great job. I highly recommend Brandon HVAC.

Yesterday, we had a new Heating and Air Conditioning system installed by Brandon Htg. and Air. The entire experience, from Adam giving me a quote, to Mike and Sam installing the equipment, was refreshingly FLAWLESS - no unexpected up-charges and no high pressure sales pitch.

I can’t say enough about Mike and Sam, the installers. They were respectfully of me, and my home. They also demonstrated a high degree of pride in their work and their employer, they were knowledgeable, neat and friendly. They answered all my questions and explained the operation of my new equipment.

I’ve been a customer of Brandon’s for many years. They’ve always provided outstanding service. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND their biannual preventive maintenance service - it will keep your equipment in top running condition.

Had Brandon Heating out for the first time. They are so pleasant and thorough. I will be using them in the future, no doubt. I called another HVAC Co earlier in the week, they canceled on me, then rescheduled, but never showed up. Nice job Brandon Heating and Mike!

Here it goes. This place is top notch service. I called them because I had a furnace installed and needed it completed could not figure out why it would not fire. Brandon's guy was here 5 mins figure out the problem and fixed it. They where willing to get my heat back on. My problem was technology lol it was a new sensor from the a/c that was not plugged it. Could not be happier with my tech and the out come. The price was super fair also. I can tell you this i called several places and there the first ones to come out same day I called. If it's this place or applo id call Brandon all day. Better staffing and better coustumer service.

Great HVAC company to work with. They are honest, fair, and very reliable from start to finish. The team showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did exactly what they promised. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but these guys have definitely earned their reputation. I would highly recommend them.
