I only recommend doing business with Wilson if you very carefully review the contract and make sure it spells out very clearly what you hired them to do. We brought them in for one particular job, they upsold us on things that we felt were reasonable. In the end, they did not complete the job that we brought them in for in the first place, and won't do so without a new contract. They were also hours late both days on a two day job.

I had a broken service line that needed replaced from the City main, to my meter in the basement. Jake the tech, and Chris the representative were both great! They were very experienced and knowledgeable. Between the conversations with each of them, they explained everything to me so I knew what needed to be done and how they would do it.
I could tell they both enjoyed their jobs, and they were the best price from all of the other advertised businesses.
I will call them again.

I signed up for a preventative maintenance check and just had my first preventative appt. It was great. Definitely puts my mind at ease to know what's coming and how my systems are doing. Great work by Jacob Sidoti to walk me through it.

Cole, Ryan and Chuck all did a fantastic job installing my new High Efficiency Furnace! They kept me in the loop with everything they were doing, were very respectful, clean and walked me through how to operate my new thermostat and some cool features that come with it. They displayed great craftsmanship, efficiency and professionalism. I am very happy with the work they did and will definitely be calling them again when it’s time to do the AC.

Yovel came to look at my furnace, and he did a fantastic job. Very personable and friendly, very knowledgeable. Gave me a fair and honest break down of my set up. He is a credit to his employer!

Technician Brian Hughes from Wilson just installed a vent on my new furnace so I have heat in my basement! He did an amazing job! He was very thorough and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the service I received.

(Updated) Art Kelly was the service tech for my Healthy Home care plan inspection and he created a great experience. He was personable, thorough and articulate, didn’t try to oversell me and went the extra mile to get me a fair price on my PRV replacement.

Plumber – Hithem Judeh
Hithem replaced my PRV valve and was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire visit. He clearly explained what the new water pressure would mean, what to expect going forward, and made sure I understood everything before he left. While he was here, he also noticed a few other small issues around the house, corrected them on the spot, and didn’t charge me for those quick fixes. That level of care and integrity is rare and seriously appreciated.

Electrician – Alan Yeager
Alan was very down-to-earth, efficient, and clearly great at what he does. He replaced my recessed lighting and garage switches quickly and cleanly, and then went the extra mile by installing a few additional fixtures I had purchased but didn’t end up needing for the original project. On top of that, he gave me really helpful insight and recommendations for my outdoor lighting needs.

Based on the service these two provided, I would 100% recommend Wilson Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly home service.

Our AC went out during the hottest time of the year when repairman, Joe, came out and went absolutely above and beyond to fix our air conditioning. He was right on time and had creative solutions to fixing an unusual issue, I would recommend this company to anyone!
