Was having issues with water disappearing all throughout the house. Had Wilson come out and they was able to figure out why and fixed the problem for us. Love the way Wilson communicated with me on everything they had to do and why. Would call them again for any issues.

Michael was great. He was very friendly and explained everything as he went along. The blockage was cleared and flowing. Thank for a job well done.

Rob and Bryce did an awesome job for us today. They were thorough and professional and made it a point to clean up my area cleaner than when they arrived. Rob explained what caused my leaking drain and the process he would use to repair it. They checked to ensure the leak was repaired. Additionally they advised me how to enclose the area again where the opening was used to access the leak.

It was a good interaction between Michael Hall the technician that came out for this service call and evaluation this afternoon. However my home warranty company wanted a complete evaluation which would have cost me a minimum $800+ with the cash due on completion. I'm sorry to have wasted your time..
I've decided $85 I'm going to rent a drum snake for the day. I'm pretty handy at things its been about 60 years since I've used a snake to clear a sewage. It was a pleasure meeting Michael and he is a very good representative for your company

Terry came out to evaluate my leaking water heater. He was extremely friendly professional. I got a quote on a new one and he said everything up highly recommend Wilson.

We had a really great experience with the Wilson team. They updated our electrical panel, installed a charging outlet for an EV, and installed a whole home generator. The team members were courteous and I was well informed of arrival times. They worked hard in bitter weather conditions until the job was done and done well. It is clear that the "boots on the ground" regard the company/owners they work for very highly, and they communicate a company ethos that I want to applaud! Alan, Quinten, Robert, Tyler, Caleb, Anthony, Paul, Hunter, and Hithem (and I sure hope I am not forgetting anyone..)- THANK YOU! (the dogs say HI!)

Wilson did a great job with replacing a much needed old furnace and AC unit. Jen answered all of my question and was very quick and responsive throughout the entire process. She was very friendly and was able address my budget concerns. Dominic did a great job with the install and clean up and made sure everything was done right and correctly working before leaving. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Ethan came out for a complimentary electrical check included with our plan. He was very thorough and kind. Answered all my questions and went out of his way to take care of any safety Hazards. We had a very outdated electrical panel and was able to get it switched out the following business day. 100% would recommend Ethan.

Brian Hughes was fantastic and professional did a phenomenal job servicing my furnace for the up coming cold season throughly explained what and why everything that needed done would definitely recommend!!

From the initial visit for the quote sales person Maxx was friendly and not pushy he explained everything asked questions and was very personable. Nicholas was the lead installer along with another installer, I didn’t get his name. Both guys were friendly, very respectful . They answered and explained the entire process , clean up was very good Nicholas did a final walkthrough with me to make sure I was satisfied. Very glad I called Wilson

I specifically want to thank Kyle, Andy and Bradley for coming to inspect everything and walking me through not only what they were doing, but explaining to me how everything is supposed to work and what was wrong with my setups. I want to also thank kaleb for helping us get financed and doing the office work needed to get the work done for us. But most of all I need to thank Tim. If it wasn’t for his warm personality, wonderful people skills, integrity, intelligence of products, and just being a true Trekkie, we probably would have gone with another company. I had extensive plumbing work done by Wilson's plumbing team, last week. Storm drain replaced, new pipe installed, sump pump line opened and remaped. Jake came out and did the initial inspection/evaluation
with video of the storm drain. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. He explained everthing in layman's terms and put my anxiety to ease. Excavation team was spearheaded by Chuck and Caleb. The two knew their plumbing stuff and performed the job with pure plumbing excellence! Both gentlemen were very patient with my concerns and questions and very transparent with the whole process. The city came out to evaluate their work and echoed praises of the detailed work perform. Utility locator man miss marked my gas line but Caleb noticed it right away and alerted Chuck as to not disturbed it in their digging. Thank you,Wilson, Jake, Chuck and Caleb, you are the best of the best! I'm so glad Wilson sent out the best on their team. Jake even came out to oversee the excavation answered and additional questions. These guys are who you want to call when plumbing issues arise.

Yovel was outstanding. Our thermostat failed and our furnace stopped working, leaving our home at 50 degrees and freezing. He quickly diagnosed the issues, replaced the thermostat, and repaired the furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The difference was immediate. We want Yovel for all future Healthy Home maintenance visits and highly recommend him — truly exceptional service.

I recently had Wilson Plumbing & Heating out to service my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Arthur came to flush my hot water tank and do an overall inspection of my plumbing. He was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

It’s rare to find such reliable and friendly service these days. I highly recommend Wilson Plumbing & Heating—and be sure to ask for Arthur if you want top-notch service. I’ll definitely be calling them again!

Everything is working as expected and better than expected. The service men were all respectful and informed. Best best they listened to what I had to say. Great team. I had multiple services new ac, furnace, humidifier, and thermostat. Plumbing repair to kitchen and bath sink. All was completed in a timely manner and reasonable price.

Awesome! The old house owners were W.F. Hanan and Sons clients for more than 20 years. I used them last year too. My AC stopped running on Friday, so I tried to get a service appointment with them. After more than 30 MINUTES call, they scheduled me for next Tuesday. So I went online and found the Wilson guys, called them Friday, and got scheduled the next day “weekend”. They gave me a heads up 30 minutes before they showed up, checked every detail, explained everything, been so informative, and fixed it. The price was fair and honestly way better than the old service provider we’ve known for years.

I am very pleased with how professional and knowledgeable this company is! They do a thorough job and they are quick. Everyone was very friendly Eric and Bradley who came out to give me quotes. As well as Mason and Robert who came and did the work. Robert went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and working properly. And two more individuals I cannot remember their names but they worked with Robert and Mason, they were all great! Also Chris in the office who helped get the price down where I needed it to be and in the end the cost was reduced even more! I am a happy customer and would recommend this company to everyone! All around great service! We had some work done on our furnace and our HVAC contractor, Brian Hughes, was professional, courteous and efficient - he arrived on time, explained everything in detail and did a great job! Everything was done in a timely manner and we appreciated the texts/emails from Wilson indicating exactly when Brian would show up. We went with Wilson after being disappointed with another HVAC company and we were happy we made this decision.
