They have done multiple jobs for me at the houses I have owned! Once you are a customer you come first for him. He answers texts and calls quickly, says he will be at your house, texts on way. Shows up on time does a great job and cleans up nicely. Friendly and fair prices! More importantly you can depend on them. I would refer them without any worries.

Ken was beyond prompt for the estimate and offered a very competitive rate for the job I needed done. A central AC unit in our house that never had one!

Two days later the job was done in one day! Installed a new thermostat, that was requested, at no additional install charge. Very upfront about pricing and communicated thruout process.

It looks better then expected and we are ready for summer now!! No more window units here! Also offered a 10 year parts and labour warranty!!! Only place in the Kent area that offered that!

I was really worried about being ripped off and didn't know where to turn when my central air died. Big Boy Home Comfort was recommended to me. Ken put my mind at ease immediately when we met. We’ve lived in our current home for 25 years. Last summer our central AC system (which is located in the attic) finally died. I contacted Big Boy Home Comfort and we agreed to replacing the system, with a much more efficient central AC system.

Our tech is a dedicated guy who, through much patience and determination, fixed our mini split wifi operation. I would definitely welcome him back to help out. After he fixed the system, he took the time to explain the operation and what to do if a problem arises. Highly recommended.

The response was very fast. I called early morning at 7:30am, and was scheduled for a service visit at 10-11am. Sam came on time. He quickly identified the problem and was very patient to answer all my questions. In addition to replacing the damaged parts, Sam inspected the system throughly, and addressed some potential issues. I will recommend his professional service to my friends.

Tech was prompt and extremely professional. He understood that I was trying to get to a family member in the hospital and did everything he could to unclog the sink. The price was reasonable especially for same day service and I would enthusiastically recommend them again.
