Furnace shut down for no apparent reason one night. With cold weather headed in our direction, a friend recommended Big Boy. I called, and they came out the next morning. Installed a needed part and got the furnace up and running, but it is old and needs replacement. Big Boy quoted a VERY reasonable price for a replacement, but absolutely NO pressure or trying to scare me into getting a new furnace. Next fall, I'll likely have to bite the bullet and replace my furnace (which I believe dates back to a time when Ohio was not yet a state...), and I will, without a doubt call Big Boy

Big Boy came out to my house to fix a problem with my air conditioner that another company (Apollo) refused to fix unless I paid them $145, even though they installed it & it was tilting in towards my house. Big Boy corrected the issues at no cost to me! They were kind & knowledgeable about their products. I am switching to Big Boy for my Heating & Cooling services from now on!

Ken @ Big Boy came recommended to me by my realtor after I discovered the AC unit at my new home was well past its expiration. Ken picked up right away when I called, scheduled a time to check out the old unit before confirming it was shot and was ready to install a new RUDD unit a couple days later. The unit came in well below any other HVAC/Heating & Cooling Service in the area, the work was well done, and he really helped answer any questions I had and could not have been more genuine and personable.
