Tim was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Honest about our plumbing issues with a very no pressure, informative approach, which I appreciate.

On Thursday night our water heater died. Friday morning I called C. Lee. By Friday afternoon we had a new water heater installed. Great job C. Lee!!

Tim was polite, explained what and how he was going to unclog the commode. He explained all options on repairs and costs. He was thorough, neat in his work, cleaned any mess created.

Great service and honest repairmen. I appreciate not being over sold, yet still receiving solid information and feedback about what is needed for my furnace! Thank you!

Tried to charge me $455 just to get an estimate by using their camera. Made zero mention of this on the phone when the estimate was described and scheduled.
Already had an estimate from another company, so I have no idea what them using a camera would have done to benefit me.

Wouldn't trust them.

Why would I care about whether you violated your own policies? What could that even mean? I'm sure your "policy" is to make money. So what?
You didn't tell me there would be a cost for an estimate ahead of time. Again, why would I pay you $500 for you to see if you can do the job or not? And why would you hide that ahead of time? Nobody asked you to trust another company's video, but I have to pay to even see if you can do the job? I'd rather put that money towards another company instead of gambling that you are cheaper.

John was very knowledgeable and professional. He reviewed our situation and gave us a couple of options. We went with the more immediate solution and he quickly and efficiently completed the work. He gave us lots of information and was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

John was good at explaining what he was doing. He worked to minimize any damage to our house when trying to find the leak, and he was very polite, friendly, and professional.

John was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. We had 3 sinks draining slow, clogged toilet, and a basement drain that needed cleaned out. All is working well now, much appreciated!

Chris knows his stuff. He arrived on time. He solved my problem and offered multiple suggestions for long term solutions. His helper was also knowledgeable and worked hard to help solve my drain issue. I would recommend them to others.

Our specialist Tim was able come and what several plumbers before him were not. First, he was able to open a sewer entry that a previous plumber was not able to. This allowed him to perform a camera probe that yet another plumber not able to execute. As a result, Tim pointed out the condition responsible for some foundation issues.

For this reason, we will be hiring C Lee Services to fix this specific problem soon.

Quick appointment time, John came out evaluated issues and gave options. Did work on spot and made recommendations to improve system for future. Great work, I will use them again.

Christopher did a wonderful job fixing the leak under my kitchen sink. He also addressed another issue that several other plumbers had overlooked. Happy with my decision of C Lee plumbing!

Great people to work with! I had a sewer problem develop recently and after several attempts at cutting roots out of our sewer system I called C. Lee plumbing for a permanent solution. After going over several options we opted for a plastic liner to be installed rather than tearing up my entire yard and my front porch to replacing the entire system. This process cost far less than replacing the whole system and we now have new plastic pipe from the house to the street connection.
I thought this could be a long process but it wasn't. This took two days to complete with only 3-1/2 hours that my family couldn't"r use the sewer system . I highly recommend C.Lee plumbing.

C. Lee is an excellent company. We called them about our problem on the weekend and they were here first thing Monday morning to fix it. John, our tech, was very pleasant and answered our questions very well. I would recommend this company to anyone!

We had Tim and Anthony out to service our furnace and they are amazing both were very professional and understanding with the issues we were having. Even though it was close to the end of their workday they did not rush or make us feel rushed. They took the time to address and answer questions about the work they were performing so I had a better understanding of my furnace. They did not try to sell me services that were not needed. In the past we have had C. Lee out for a plumbing issue a also a previous furnace issue last year ( unrelated to this year's issue) so for any homeowner or property owner if you are looking for a professional company that truly cares about their customers and the reputation of the company give C. Lee a call and have them do the job right the first time you won't regret calling them. They are the only company I trust for plumbing and HVAC. Once again a huge thank you to Tim and Anthony for all you did today.

Next day service. Quality work. Had a utility sink faucet changed out, which I bought ahead of time and provided. My only real issue was the financial side of the service. The quote was done on techs cell phone, given to me verbally but was not shown to me. I opted to accept the quoted fee as I would have had to pay $79 for the service call for the tech to just leave (although I expressed that I thought it was a bit high for the service $253), signed the cell phone screen, but never saw the actual quote with itemization. Assumed it would be on my receipt, but I never got a receipt for my service. Thought my receipt would have been sent to me via text or email, since everything else was done electronically, but it was not. I do not like that I did not get a receipt for my service.

Update … company reached out a few days after my post and provided me with a receipt.

Tim was very Experienced, explained what he was doing and why. Very appreciative of his knowledge and work would recommend him for another job and we definitely call if I have any more plumbing issues.
