Chris, Taylor, and Jonathon did a great job. They were knowledgeable, upfront, courteous, efficient, and clean. The process used in our home was cure in place pipe. They also replaced our outdated cast iron stack. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to others.

The service provided by Chris was outstanding. They were able to come out quickly and resolve the issue during my appointment. He took the time to explain everything to me and was able to provide a quote on additional services needed. Thank you Chris for getting the air conditioning working again! I had an emergency issue with a waterline running across my low height attic that was in danger of failing and had to be fixed. One plumber refused to take on the job! I contacted C. Lee Services and their repairman spent the day in my attic, not even coming down, while a second employee arrived. THE PIPE WAS READY TO FAIL AND I WOULD HAVE HAD A DISASTER! C. LEE SERVICES FIXED IT THAT DAY! Now, I always contact them for plumbing repairs. Their work is outstanding and their repairmen are always well trained, prompt and courteous.

They were great response was fast ,work was good . They were very polite and professional.

Tim Johnson was very professional and did the annual service on our tankless water heater.

I had Leon, Johnny, and Justin come out to replace a section of crushed sewer line. They did a great job and were thorough in making sure it would last. C. Lee’s prices were very reasonable for this project. I’ll call them again if I have any more plumbing issues.
The guys had great attitudes and personalities as well. It made the job less stressful as a customer.

I had a main sewer drain line clog and it was too much work for me to handle my self so, based on other positive reviews, I called C. Lee Services and was glad I did. They where able to come out the same day (within a few hours) and got right to work. They snaked out about 150 feet of the main drain then, after the blockage was cleared, they scoped out the drain to confirm that the pipe is in good working order and was able to provide a one year warranty of their work. The crew was quick, efficient, and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I am very happy with the crew that came out and also very pleased with the quality of their work. Chris, Taylor, and Justin are the kind of guys I would be happy to invite into my home.

I called C.Lee plumbing for a second opinion on my business plumbing issue. Chris came out, used a camera and showed me the issues. They appear to be a county issue. When I spoke to the county, they requested him back out. Chris came back out, videoed the needed areas for them. Now due to the extra effort from Chris, the county has been working to correct the issue. I truly believe the professionalism Chris used with me and the county inspector helped in this process. I wish we had more than 5 stars to give! Strongly recommend him for any needed plumbing issues.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I took a day off work for a service call, and while technician Tim J was friendly and knowledgeable, the service was lacking. I scheduled an appointment for my basement drain to be snaked and inspected with a video camera. Tim completed the snaking, but when the second technician arrived, the camera's batteries were dead. I was told they would return the following week for the inspection and charged $437.40 for the initial service.

During the second appointment, which required another day off, technician Anthony mistakenly thought he was there to snake the drain again. After I clarified that he was supposed to conduct the video inspection, he admitted he hadn’t brought the camera and had to return to get it. He eventually returned and conducted the inspection, providing a quote of $13,500 for repairs. I was charged an additional $437.40, bringing my total to $874.80 for both visits.

Before Anthony left, I realized he hadn’t provided the video footage I had paid for. When I asked him for it, he simply apologized and drove away. I then had to contact the company to request either a refund or another inspection. Additionally, Anthony unplugged my chest freezer for the camera and failed to plug it back in. I discovered this a week later when I opened the freezer to find all the food spoiled, resulting in a loss of about $500 worth of meat.

Despite reaching out about this issue, I received no response for several days. Eventually, I requested Tim J to return for the video inspection, which he completed successfully. He acknowledged the freezer issue and suggested I speak to a manager. After multiple attempts to get in touch, the owner finally emailed me, stating he wouldn’t take responsibility for the freezer incident and claimed I received more than $500 worth of services.

In summary, I am out two PTO days, a freezer full of food, and have dealt with three service calls and extensive communication with the company. I strongly advise caution when considering their services.

In response to Chris Lee's response to my original review! The reason for running the camera twice is because they did not do the video recording in the first place at the second service call. I do have all the receipts to show what we were charged and paid for, one being a video recording of the drain. So they did nothing more than what we paid for them to do originally. I also sent photos of the freezer position in relation to the outlet used to snake the drain, also the position of the freezer that was unplugged and not plugged back in as they requested. I sent an email with all of this information but I never got a response to my email. So all being said take the response from C Lee to my honest review with a grain of salt as their response is just not true! Proceed with caution if you need service from this business!

I have used C Lee plumbing twice now. Both times I was lucky enough to have Tim as our technician. He is professional and courteous. For both jobs he was onto time (even called to come early for the 2nd job) wi-Fi and then you’ll get a thing and then at the very bottom they’ll be two guest. The job was completed and the area was left cleaner than before he arrived. Shout out to the office staff, the schedulers/receptionists are great and knowledgeable. This is the only plumbing company I will use.

I called C Lee Plumbing to schedule a repair and was scheduled for the next day. Technician arrived at scheduled time, I reduced himself and was very professional. The repairs were assessed and repaired with the addition of 2 other small fixes. The plumbing in my home was checked as well as water pressure etc. Every question I asked was answered in detail and to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the service and the employee.

We got clear and concise information regarding our septic problem without the hard sell. They were knowledgeable and deliberate, saving us from paying unnecessary repairs.

Timothy was a fabulous technician. I had a unique situation downstairs where rats are entering my basement thru the drains. Tim troubleshooted, was kind and gave me several options including his honest opinion.

He secured my drains and subpump and was quick and efficient. I will be calling this company again for any other plumbing issues I may have.

The team came the first day to initially unclog my kitchen sink, and they assessed my issues, which included very slow drainage in my tub and the twin sinks. They found very old and corroded valves and turn off valves and other issues. Original fixtures fro. The 50s
Showed me 3 options, fixed the sink issue that day. I think it was Mike who came back at scheduled appointment and was here all day but got it done. He was great, professional and cleaned up. So far I'm pleaded, just wasn't expecting how much it costs.

John Troxell solved an extremely challenging situation with the sinks in my 1960s home. I was told by multiple plumbers that I would ave to have the sinks pulled out and essentially do a remodel . He took the time and effort to solve the problem . I would recommend him highly . 5 stars

Cannot say enough good things about Chris and his guys. We were facing a serious sewer/drain issue. Had another service out to give me some options - with no real solutions other than to excavate my yard. Chris came out, looked at our issue, and provided us with a solution that worked and provided a long-term solution. Extremely professional, easy to work with - and they like dogs.

Their sewer relining is nothing short of amazing. Costs more than a traditional sewer replacement - but 98% less damage to a yard, trees, landscaping - and NO excavation.

So glad I went with this company! The # 1 thing that stands out is their integrity! Timothy, Jonathan and the rest of the crew were polite and honest and hard workers. I will recommend and tell everyone about this company.
