Jimmy was awesome. He diagnosed a problem with the flame sensor quickly, cleaned it and then thoroughly checked any other issues my furnace could be having. Jimmy also took the time to explain everything he was doing. It's clear Jimmy is enthusiastic about the work he does.

Cj was great to work with on the measure! The installers Robert, Cole, Alan, and Travis were very accommodating and understanding of my schedule. Quick work and they cleaned up nicely. We needed a new electrical box, water heater, new duct work for an ac unit, as well as a new thermostat. Looks great. Very happy!

Robert T did a great job installing our new water softener! He was very respectful of our floors by putting drop cloths down in the areas he worked in. The install is very neat and tidy and our pump is even quieter than it was before! A job well done!

Bathtub fixtures were replaced. Hithem was polite and careful with this old house. Tiles in the bathroom were original to the 1955 construction. He kept me informed of any obstacles he encountered and we discussed options. He cleaned up after the repairs and advised care over the next couple days. I’m glad Hithem was the tech who was assigned to my order.

Michael from drains division was extremely professional and efficient in jetting out my foundation drains. He walked me through every step of the process before starting work and while he was working. He answered every question I had and saved me the headache of trying to do it myself. A+++ thank you Michael!

I’m hiring Wilson company to replace my septic tank pipe line.They break down the sump pumps electric line when they dig the ground. They replace the electric line but it’s working or not,they don’t care it.still they will not fixed the seal inside the wall which they break down in a working time.

Frank Barker was the representative who fixed our heater on the most recent visit. We really appreciated his courtesy and professionalism, including giving us a detailed but easily understandable breakdown of the issue and solution, including photos of the system and what to look for in the future. The problem was located and solved very quickly, and Frank was great to work with!

We had a great experience working with the electricians at Wilson. Out of the several companies I called/left messages for they were one of the only ones that answered the phone. They were able to get us scheduled for an estimate at a time that worked for us and the technician was professional and genuinely interested in knowing what our expectations/wishes were. He gave us several quote options to choose from and we were able to work with the office staff to find financing that worked for us. The team arrived on schedule and were super efficient. They even did their best to allow us to sleep in a bit more while they worked since my husband and I are both second shift workers. They walked me through all of the work at the end and even told me how to call and ask for changes if we did any renovations to our house. Overall it was a smooth experience and we would definitely use them again.

Wilson responded quickly to assess our furnace problem. They were completely professional and great to chat with. They completed the job and cleaned up. They explained all that they were doing. We’re excited to have our new furnace and AC. We would recommend Wilson to anyone and will definitely use them again.

This was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end! Yovel is pleasant, courteous, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. You are fortunate to have him as an employee! If all is a continuance in the next phase as well could wholeheartedly recommend this company! The next phase was as good as the initial! Maybe even better! Yovel was fantastic in the humidifier installation, founds out he is a HVAC specialist want him to do my yearly inspections. Think I have found Wilson and they will be my company from now on!

The whole process from quoting to installing was extremely detailed and easy with no pressure to make a decision immediately. Technicians were professional, helped set up thermostat and very clean! I am grateful I chose Wilson’s!

I’m very impressed with the entire process of having our 30 year old furnace inspected to the no pressure purchase of a new unit. Bradley showed the pictures of the workings inside and the price of repairs. We then decided to discuss what a replacement might cost with Wilson since Bradley B didn’t sell furnaces. Stephen P showed us what our home needed, offered choices and a great payment plan for our needs. No pressure. Devon and Dominic J were the installers. So very professional but they also were personable. The weather was cold and rainy but no complaints. Explained the technical aspects and had terrific patience with my inabilities. Left no mess. We are very satisfied.

I was a million % satisfied of my experience with Wilson. From Sean who sold me my units, to Lucas who texted back and forth with me, and to my installers Jim and Ryan, I truly will be forever grateful for all your time and effort replacing my 40yr old relics!!! Many Blessings to all of you!!!!

I have an old house with a toilet drain that was backing up repeatedly. Wilson came out twice and persisted diagnosing and fixing the problem. Everyone was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They also did a plumbing inspection and quoted suggested repairs without any high-pressure sales tactics. I am truly satisfied with the entire experience.

Mason is an absolute expert and was fantastic to work with. He quickly resolved our leaking shower by replacing the cartridge and installing a new trim kit, even though the trim kit was not a perfect fit and was challenging to install.

10/10 !! Jimmy and Tyler from Wilson’s came out to install a new furnace and A/C unit. Due to it being an older home and older unit they were replacing, it required some complex sheet metal work, deciphering an old rigged up electrical box, and being creative with the condensate drain. They did a fantastic job, and explained everything to me in a way I would understand. Great people skills! Hopefully the owner sees this and recognizes he has two great young professionals

We had recently relocated and purchased a house that needs several updates. John replaced our kitchen and bathroom faucets and we are very pleased to have found such an amazing plumber. We will be using him in the future for other projects. Highly recommend the company and John.

I recently had a full house generator installed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the first consultation with Keith, who was incredibly knowledgeable and no-pressure, to the final installation by Jimmy and Hunter, everything was handled with professionalism and care.

Communication throughout the process was fantastic. I received constant updates via text and email, including photos and bios of each team member before they even arrived—such a thoughtful touch that made me feel confident and comfortable knowing exactly who would be knocking on the door. Every question I had—no matter how small—was answered clearly and thoroughly.

Jimmy and Hunter were not only skilled at what they do, but also friendly, respectful, and efficient. They took the time to explain the installation and ensure everything was up and running perfectly.

Wilson’s did a great job from the notifications of when the technician was on the way to the final clean up the technician did. I dealt with 3 different technicians during this process and each was very professional. They explained what was going on and offered a written quote for repairs. They respected my home and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the service and repairs. I would definitely recommend Wilson’s and would use them again!
