My parents hired these guys in June to put a new roof on and new siding on their house. They said it would be done in a couple of weeks, now its the middle of November and they just finished it. Of course its hard to get a job done on time when you hire illegals that don't know what they are doing. They had to come out and redo most of the work because it was so bad . The left trash everywhere, killing large portions of the yard and no one would show up and work on the house for days at a time. Even though the dates promised to be finished were long past. Very bad trim work and the siding didn't even match up at the corners. Would not recommend this company at all.while the work is now complete and satisfactory, it should have been completed a lot faster and correctly the first time.maybe they should hire workers that know what they are doing.

Contractors beware, homeowners beware, this company doesn't pay their bills. Subs and vendors might have to file liens to recover monies owed.

Northcoast Energy Masters did a great job insulating our 100 year old house and at a reasonable cost. Their technique for insulating walls with blown-in insulation is top notch. I was kept informed of their daily progress and they were able to answer any questions I had.

Quite disappointed about their dishonesty, bailing approach and when following up with them to ask where's the quote they promised me 2 weeks ago, Ray and his wife acted super weird.
I read great things about them, but my experience was pretty bad and I would not put my trust towards them.
My project turned out to be a bit more complex, yet I didn't notice any actions from them, where they would genuinely want to help customers combat their challenges with construction projects.
Quick and easy, charge good money seems to be the mentality here.

I found NRG Masters via HomeAdvisor, but I wanted more information, so I went through their website and attempted to fill out the contact form, unfortunately it was not functioning after I typed everything out, so I sent a message on Facebook, even offered to them to see if I could fix the form for them (websites are my area of expertise), never got a response.

After calling them, I had Ray come out, spent an hour with him, discussing all the details and he left with the promise to get me a quote the next day. Never happened. Not even 2 weeks later.

If a customer is not the ideal fit, why can you just not tell them that. Or have them understand what the customer can do to mitigate or solve their issue somehow else...

This locally owned cleaning company is top notch! They really care about their clients and work to ensure the job is always done right!

Emails don’t get answered and problems almost never get resolved for weeks if you’re lucky and if they do they don’t put things back where they belong.

These guys are amazing! Not only do they provide great & high-quality service, but they are polite, enthusiastic and generally wonderful to interact with. Highly recommend!

Shout out to Premier Pool & Spa Supply for making our hot tub opening process incredibly easy this year. Their staff took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step, made sure I had the right products, and helped me feel confident about getting everything up and running properly instead of just guessing.

I also signed up for their subscription service so I can stay on top of maintenance throughout the season without the stress of trying to figure it all out on my own. Honestly, for anyone new to hot tubs or pools, having guidance like that makes a huge difference.

On top of that, I’m signing up for their Pool School because we’re considering adding a pool in the future, and I want to fully understand the maintenance, chemistry, and long-term care before making that investment. I really appreciate businesses that focus on educating customers instead of just selling products.

I went to their website and submitted my request for a quote and an appointment. I got one text back but didn't receive a call, a quote or an appointment I sent a second text requesting an appointment. NO RESPONSE in 2 days! I think that's a good sign of poor management. I wasted 2 1/2 days with this company. I got an appointment and a quote today from another company in less than 15 minutes! I will never contact Quality Clean again.

They were very professional and super efficient. I've had my carpets cleaned before and it took hours. They were in and out within an hour but didn't skimp on the quality of clean I received. Would highly recommend!

I have used Quality Clean in 3 restaurants and in my own home with 3 dogs living there! They do an awesome job and always get me on the schedule when it is convenient for me! Their services go far beyond carpet cleaning too! Van and Dee are the best!
