Justin was really helpful explaining how he found the source of our problem and how he fixed it, plus he answered all our questions. I appreciated him taking time to teach a little while he was here and would recommend them again for this reason

After calling several companies to get our EV home charger installed, we decided to go with Survivor Electric. The whole process was smooth. We have used Survivor for a few years now--they do a great job at a fair price! During our most recent service call (Feb 2025), Joshua provided service that exceeds expectations. Timely, courteous, smart (Josh figured out that someone had created a hazard and he fixed it), and friendly! His explanations were patient and helpful. Will continue to use Survivor Electric because we've been very satisfied with the service!!

The technician found and then corrected a loose wire connection on an outlet that was causing intermittent lack of function. Then the technician installed a new outlet under my sink to provide power to the water pump on my reverse osmosis water filtering system.

I called Survivor Electric after my husband encountered problems trying to replace a light switch with a motion sensor and change an outlet to GFI . The original wiring was all black with extra wires behind the switch plates which caused confusion. Survivor responded promptly to my text message for service and were able to come the next day. The electrician arrived promptly, completed the project as requested, and explained what he did. Their service fee includes one hour of labor which, to me, was nice to have bundled price.

I needed several different updates in my 30 yr old condo and a family member recommended Survivor for the electrical work. Dustin came out to assess the job and advised me they could handle them. Jason arrived on time and worked tirelessly through each job. He explained how he would approach each one, which I appreciated. He cleaned up, was pleasant and a hard worker. My work was scheduled and completed relative quickly. I was given a quote which they honored; no added on line items. In between the initial contact and the job completion, I spoke to several of the office staff and everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. We were having issues with our pool pump electricity. Our pool company recommended Survivor Electric, and I am so glad they did. Justin Moreland came and did a wonderful job. He fixed what I asked him to do, and made some suggestions that I loved. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. The price was lower than I had expected. I definitely will use Survivor Electric again, and will request Justin!

We had an electrical burning smell at my business and were having some electrical gremlins, Survivor got someone out that day and it's a good thing they did! Their electrician found an old outlet box that had been improperly wired and the breaker was also improperly sized. I basically had a resistive heater behind my wall, it was a fire waiting to happen! They were able to quickly resolve the issue and properly repaired the circuit, SAVED THE DAY!!!!

Justin with Survivor installed our electric vehicle charger and did a tremendous job. He was helpful answering questions and the installation looks terrific. Very professional work.

We had to reschedule once, but they were able to make it out and install three overhead lights. The second story rooms they were able to access via the attic, versus the first floor where they had to do a small drywall cut to get electrical access. I'm impressed how small the drywall spot is, so it will be easy to fix. And now everything is so much brighter! Way better than a dozen different floor lamps.

I was looking to have a few things done at my house and they came over for an estimate. Was given a very high estimate ($4000+) and I asked them to explain what I was paying for so that I could weigh my options. The guy I spoke with on the phone said that they wouldn’t break the price down to see what I was paying for and there were no other options. That just reeked of a scam, so I called another company and got an estimate from them. They walked me through different options and I ended up getting what I needed for about $1700.

This place is definitely shady. Imagine asking what you are paying for and being told, “We don’t tell you how we came to our estimate because of company policy.”

This place will definitely rip you off if given the chance. If you do want to use them, I’d highly recommend getting another estimate to compare.

Bobby was extremely efficient and his office kept me informed as to when the tech was on his way and 10 mins out. Fair price, quicks service, good communication definitely recommend them.
