Westin Air installed our furnace and air conditioner back in 2012 and they did a great job. We’ve been having some trouble with our Air Conditioner lately ,though, , and unfortunately it appears to be a problem that is not easily remedied. The Westin Tech who came out is checking on a price for us. He did a great job, cleaning our air conditioner and did his best to resolve the problem.

Prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, was able to identify and diagnose issue quickly, gave options to repair/fix, no haggle. Never have had any issues with Westin. Great company!

Had a really great experience with our recent Geo install. Cathy S. was extremely helpful through the entire experience and she was accessible to us anytime we had a question during the process. The team even expedited our install since we were completely without air conditioning which was so appreciative. The install team was very informative, thorough and genuine, top notch in my opinion. I will definitely use Westin for my on-going maintenance!

The 2 installers Greg and JJ were absolutely the best. Friendly, courteous and very neat and clean. I would recommend Westin Air to anyone who is looking to have any HVAC work needed

Graham was very nice and on time. . He explained how he would fix the gas leak and instead of just getting an estimate like I scheduled, I asked him to go ahead and fix it. Weston Air’s price to fix the problem was much lower than the first estimate I received. I definitely will be using them again.

Nov 6, 2025 update:
Westin Air came to do the fall maintenance inspection for the HVAC system at our second home today. All is well. The technician also leveled the exterior heat pump for us. He was very efficient and did a perfect job at it.
As always, it's a real pleasure working with Westin Air!

Summer 2025:
Westin Air installed a new HVAC system at our main residence, including high efficiency heat pump, furnace, dehumidifier, and humidifier. The installation was perfect down to the last detail, including a perfectly leveled exterior unit. They also did a miraculous job re-leveling the exterior unit of our older auxiliary mini-split heating & cooling system for designated rooms. We are very impressed at their quality and attention to detail, and would highly recommend the company to anyone.

Service tech Seath came out and did a diagnostic system check. Because our air unit stopped blowing cold air. He found no issues in the house and out side he noticed the coils were dirty/clogged. He cleaned the coils with the hose and everything is working great. Thank you. Awsome experience! Great job!

I’ve been using Westin air for more than ten years. Every technician has always been top notch, including my most recent visit. They are knowledgeable, competent, and provide just the right TLC to keep my system performing well, all the time.

Westin Air has helped several times now in with diagnosing and solving problems with a geothermal system that another HVAC company had been unable to do. They fully explain how the system should work and the reasons for each step they take. It really pays to have a group that understands geothermal systems.

Really appreciated being able to get repair done same day I called. Graham was very professional and explained what had happened with my system. I called Westin Air because a friend had recommended them. During the repair, I asked if there was anything that should to be changed with current system that might work better to prevent a water overflow. Replacing one of the water detectors was recommended. I chose to have that work done. Now I have confidence that my system will cut off before water overflows.

Incredible customer service, service technicians very friendly and thorough! Front desk is very responsive as well! They will take cash/check or credit card payments. They installed a new outlet outside and put the A/C on the ground all in less than 5 hours. They also have drop cloths to put in your house so they don’t get your house dirty.

Westin installed our heating and air several years ago. Their maintenance visits 2X a year for checkups to make sure it runs smoothly. They are professional, knowledgable, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier.

Wow, wow, wow. Amazing! Everything you can imagine excellent service and price should be. My furnace stopped working. They arrived quickly. The tech showed me why I needed a new furnace. I chose to replace the AC as well due to its age and repair history. I also chose to replace my thermostat with a new smart device.

Cathy explained everything in plain English before getting started. It was a Friday, they did the install on Monday. Cathy dropped off smaller heaters for us to use over the weekend.

The installers were very pleasant, friendly and most importantly did not rush. They were carefull to keep the house clean and very pleasant. They took extra time to help me understand my vent system.

There is more good things to say but you should get it by now.

We had an issue with our Guardian furnace. I called Westin the morning of Monday 12/15. I spoke with Ashley, she was very polite and helpful. I explained the issue to Ashley and she scheduled us an appointment for the afternoom of Tuesday 12/16. I requested a call ahead so I could meet the tech at my home. I received the call as requested. Brandon was our service tech and he was great as well. He arrived on time, diagnosed our issue, briefly educated me on what was going on and remedied the issue. This was all completed at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Westin Air Heating and Cooling!

Westin has always been phenomenal. My 94 year old mother lost her heat on Sunday.
And we called, and they made an emergency service visit. Shes now toasty warm. If you don't have the maintenance plan, you should get it. It saved us both more than once. Highly recommend them

Had Westin Air come out to install a full new HVAC system. Price was comparable to others but the service from start to end was the best. Cathy the sales rep was not pushy at all. Gave me three options and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each. Greg the technician who did the install was super friends and left no trash or anything behind. The system has worked great so far and I’m very happy with it.

Westin Air of Sunbury, OH, just finished installing my brand-new Daikin HVAC system. I finally have A/C after two summers in the heat (by choice, I was waiting for the new R32 refrigerant to be approved in the US, rather than buying an old R410A system).
