What else can I say but wow. We have been in the process of trying to get our A/C and furnace replaced since earlier this summer, and James, the owner, has been nothing but kind and honest with us the whole way through this process. We received a quote in June and we were not pressured to move on our project until we were ready. When I reached back out in September, he was able to pick up right where we left off and gave us an amazing rate with units that fit our family's needs. No upselling involved, just letting us make decisions and customizing our project to what we needed without compromising our goals for this project. James is an absolute wealth of knowledge, he knows exactly what he's doing inside and out. I know exactly what our units do and everything involved to keep them in working shape thanks to his explanations. He explained each option in detail and worked with us to create a bundle that worked for my spouse and me. Certified and licensed, he will even work with the city on your behalf to get the right permits for the job, no corners cut here folks! He works hard, he was able to get our units completely finished by the weekend, working tirelessly over two days in the heat outside. It feels like he was part of the family for a bit as he was here 12+ hours each day! He made sure everything was perfect and in tip-top condition before completing the project, something so hard to find these days. He is really dedicated to his craft and you can feel his passion for it when talking to him. Very personable, incredibly professional, and will meet you where you are to get the job done. Absolutely incredible experience, we cannot thank him enough. If you are tired of being upsold and treated like a number or quota by providers like Apex, like I was before I met with James, he is your guy!

James, the owner, came out yesterday to do a free second opinion furnace inspection. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He stayed for over an hour to help me decide how to best proceed. It is rare to come across such honesty and integrity these days. Cannot recommend this company enough!!

Ashlea and Seth were both absolutely fantastic!! Our Geothermal unit went out and after calling a dozen places we were fortunate to find Westin Air!! Ashlea told us that Seth would be able to make it out just hours after calling. Not only did Seth show up on time he also went out of his way to grab the exact blower motor needed to fix our system. Now it’s back up and running perfectly and cooling is down as we speak. Their customer service, knowledge and empathy for our situation was above and beyond and we will look no further for all of our future HVAC needs!
