I had an emergency with my AC unit during this insane heatwave. After calling multiple companies and them telling me it’s 1-2weeks until they could send someone out, I about gave up. I found Polar Bear Conditioned Air and James answered the phone. He dropped what he was doing to come out and fix the unit.
James was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. I will 10/10 be using Polar Bear Conditioned Air in the future!

We chose James to come out and replace our 30-year-old HVAC system. He did an excellent job with the installation. He was upfront and honest with pricing, timelines and expectations. If I could give more than five stars, I would this professionalism and attention to detail is beyond amazing. James was great. Easy to schedule with and he was right on time. He resolved a power connection issue with my thermostat and also showed me some new features on my HVAC that I was not aware of as well as providing me tips to help keep my system running efficiently as possible. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Polar Bear Conditioned Air. Late last night my AC unit went out, I called the company that did the original install first thing Monday morning and the earliest they could get out was Friday. Luckily, through my Home Warranty I was connected with Polar Bear and they were out here same day. Not only did the technician walk me through the issue and completely fix the problem, he took the time to share some useful information about my humidifier and how to maximize airflow through my home, something the installation crew failed to share. I can't recommend Polar Bear Conditioned Air enough. Excellent service across the board.

James was one of the best repairmen I have ever worked with. James came to replace my thermostat. He was patient, friendly, thorough and explained all aspects of my heating system. He inspected my air conditioner and heater to make sure they were in proper working order. If I ever have any difficulty with my HVAC system in the future he will be the first person I call.

We had a brand new HVAC system installed by a different company, but it wasn’t working properly—and they couldn’t figure out why. Thankfully, we called Polar Bear Conditioned Air, and James, the owner, came out personally. He was professional, thorough, and incredibly informative. Not only did he quickly diagnose and fix the issue the original installers couldn’t solve, but he also noticed our filter needed changing and replaced it on the spot. Truly outstanding service. A/C went out on Saturday, August 9. James arrived on Sunday, August 10, and replaced the capacitor in about ten minutes! James is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was so kind to come out on a Sunday. I will be recommending him to my friends and family. I highly recommend James and Polar Bear Conditioned Air.

James went out of his way to trouble shoot issues with my ac system on a Thursday night from 8 pm to almost 11 pm and came out early that Saturday to make the necessary repairs. He was very polite and easy to work with. He demonstrated a lot of knowledge and explained very well what the issues were and what he was doing to fix them. It's clear that he cares and wants to do things the right way not the easy way. I highly recommend him for any HVAC work.

James came out to provide a second opinion for us, his transparency and honesty about the status of our air conditioner helped us make the correct decision based on our own family's needs. During the replacement he was punctual, very communicative and willing to work around our schedule. He was also very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. After searching all over Dublin, Westerville, Polaris Galena and new Albany, I finally found Polar Bear Conditioned Air in Sunbury. More than professional, I feel like they went above and beyond for me and stayed to make sure everything was in perfect working order, walked me through the system, and left no mess. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Our air conditioner went out on a 90+ degree day. James, the owner of Polar Bear Conditioned Air came out that day and worked diligently to get it fixed. Unfortunately it was a 20+ year old unit and it was time to go. James provided us with a window unit for our bedroom and provided quotes for just a new air conditioner unit and for a complete HVAC replacement. The price was fair and we chose the complete unit. James worked for over 12 hours on a Saturday and completed the work and we had air that evening. James was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Polar Bear Conditioned Air for any repair service or complete HVAC replacement.
