We value the service we receive with Westin Air, especially on this specific occasion. Our yearly maintenance membership has paid off in dividends. Today, while our technician, Graham, was doing a routine maintenance visit, he noticed we had some corroded pipes with some pretty gaping holes that were leaking CO2 gas. He quickly brought to my attention, prepared a summary of what was needed to solve the issue and fixed our problem within a couple of hours. We’re extremely grateful for his attention to detail and thorough inspection during a routine visit. Additionally, when asked if I had any other concern, I mentioned a lack of humidity in the household even though we have a centralized humidifier. He walked me through the necessary steps to prepare the system for summer and winter and I had missed opening two valves essential to allowing water to pass through. It was a quick and easy fix. Graham’s subject knowledge and service level were excellent. I am extremely appreciative of his visit and our Westin Air service today!

Been waiting on Logan Services for 23 days. Westin showed up in two. Did diagnostic and transparently shared pricing at a significant savings over the quote we had previously to fix our 2 year old Trane 2. Even ordered the part we have been waiting on for over 20 days on the spot and it will show up in a week.

Westin Air is AWESOME! The routine AC maintenance was performed by Graham, a true gentleman, efficient, knowledgeable, well-spoken and very neat. He checked a fan and found it to be damaged, was on the phone to the office, said it was in stock, quoted me the price and set up an installation visit for the next day. Westin air installed and serviced my geothermal system. They’ve been extremely reliable and prompt.

Westin Air was great to work with. Price wise they beat the other bids we had and kept us up to date on when they could install. They worked with our schedule and their install team was professional, had all flooring covered and cleaned up after.

Nate from Westin fixed my problem in no time. He was the most awesome person who has ever did repairs ever. I could have chatted with this young man for hours he was so great. The pricing was great. Unlike some companies he was honest and said I have 5 years plus with my system. We all know some companies would have wanted to sell me a new system. I 100 percent recommend Westin and Nate!

I had a HVAC checkup. The technician was excellent and answered all my questions. However he did say that my humidifier has not worked since it was put in on 11-10-2022, which is rather concerning that it was not put in right and no one caught it until now.
