Very pleasant representative of your company , Mr Appliance. Had necessary part in hand and fixed our gas oven!

Our refrigerator control board went out and we called a couple of local repair services who said they couldn't come out til the following week. Then we tried Mr. Appliance and they were out in less than an hour, fixed the fridge quickly and at a great price. So glad we called them and happy to recommend them.

Jim did what he said he would...fixed my fridge. And they even came one day earlier by calling to move my appt up. It took him maybe 12 minutes, cost a little more than the local guys, but no local company helps. Stick with these guys if you want good quality service that actual shows up and calls you back.

Called in and got scheduled for the very next day. They were on time, professional, clearly knowledgeable and completed my dishwasher installation without a hitch. Would absolutely recommend. Spent 2 weeks trying to get the Lowe's installer scheduled before saying 'screw it' - should've called these guys first!

Our Technician, Zach, was a pleasure to work with. He was training a new employee and took the time to clearly explain each step, the reasoning behind it, the meaning, and the next steps. He was also happy to answer any questions I had, which I found helpful. Zach was quick, and he knew exactly where to look and what to do based on the symptoms of our oven. I will be working with this company in the future.

They were very considerate of my property. Brought their own rug to put at the door. Used covers on their shoes. I had two people, as David was training a young man. So far so good. My only problem is the cost. So it was $135 just to come out to tell me what I thought was wrong. If you don't want them to repair it you pay the $135. If you want them to fix it they "waive" the diagnostic fee. Well, it still cost me $224 and that was with NO PARTS and a coupon!!! If David was working by himself he could have had it done in less than 30 minutes. That is a lot of money for a maybe 30 minute fix. It took longer as he let the young man do the fix. It was a plugged line for the ice/water that was causing water to back up and freeze on my freezer side. I had defrosted it twice. I just needed to figure out how to get to the line. (I am a stay at home mom and like to learn)

I mean no disrespect. They were nice and I am greatful. They also don't make appliance like they use to. To many extras means more repairs!!!! I just have ice and water on the front. So keep your appliance simple or you will be looking at a much bigger repair bill!!

**Also, please note since no parts were needed I only have a "30" day warranty. If I would have needed a part, I would have received a "year" warranty.

They give you a 2 hr window and give you a heads up when they are on their way. Very proffesional and responsive they had to replace a thermostat in our dryer. Dryer was fixed and works fine. Technician was very knowledgeable and polite. Satisfied customer🙂 will use this company again.

Zach and Steve were here to repair my dryer. They were prompt, friendly and courteous. I recommend Mr Appliances to anyone who needs any repairs. I had an appointment on Friday but they call to come on Thursday. It work out very nicely. I advised them I had an appointment at 12:30 PM. They schedule between 8am and 10am. They were here at 8AM. They text to let me know they would be here within 2hrs. Zach call when they were 15 minutes away from my house.

We had a good experience fixing our dryer. Two trips were needed. 1/ to determine the problem and order the part(s). And 2/ about 8 days later to return and install the part.

Andrew did a great job fixing our dryer. He knew right away what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Very nice person too.
