Ive owned and managed rental properties for the past 30 plus years and I rarely ..almost never take the time to do reviews. Shawn from All Star did an excellent job. He cleaned several lakefront decks and made them look like new. It can be difficult to find a compny these days that provides fair pricing and great quality like All Star did. Whatever you need done look no furthur..these guys are top notch all the way!

What a pleasant surprise. My wife and I have never hired a contractor (and there have been many) who was so conscientious about his work. Shawn's work ethic and customer service skills should be taught. He cleaned both the metal roof of our home and our wooden deck and patiently and thoroughly addressed any concerns or questions we had. The results easily exceeded our expectations. I know I am a bit obsessive with cleaning and I also know I expect exceptional customer service, so you can imagine I am often disappointed. This was not the case with All-Star Softwash. Shaun (the owner) promptly provided a quote and worked with me when scheduling a date. He showed up on time and worked diligently the entire day (9 hours) cleaning the roof and house. The weather was cold, then sunny, then raining, then cold again – you know Ohio weather; Shaun worked through all of it. When he finished the house looked amazing! No more moss/dirt on the house. I am beyond impressed with the cleaning and the professionalism of this company.
