Shaun is incredible at his job. He is kind, professional and blows me away with the work he has done. We purchased our home last spring with the idea that we would be stuck with the staining we had on our roof until we could replace it. We also had a lot of staining on the siding from pine trees. Shaun arrived early in the morning and when I returned home from work it was as though I was looking at a different house. Our roof literally looks new and the siding as well as brick are all the color they are meant to be! I stood at my sidewalk and admired the fresh look my house now has for quite some time. Honestly, he saved us thousands because now we see that none of it needs to be replaced. Not only is his work deserving of an A++ but his communication and clear care he has for his job and has customers is beyond anything I've experienced before. His rates are also very competitive! I highly recommend him for any jobs you may have! I also recommend checking his picture gallery out to get an idea of what a difference he can make! I can't Express it enough in words! If you can't tell, I'm still very excited about the outcome of my home!

Shaun responded immediately to our request for a quote, gave us a great price for a bundle, and was able to schedule us within a week’s notice. Our house is just one year new to us and we had a baby just after we moved and had done little outside maintenance. The roof was covered in moss and the whole house had grime as we live in the woods the gutters were full as well. Shaun arrived on time within the expected window and all his communications were professional. He went straight to work and didn’t strip until he was done: his attention to detail is incredible and I couldn’t believe how much he did with it a crew. Our house looks amazing from top to bottom. He did the walkways, paving stones, some stone planters that were to heavy to move for us, literally everything in sight was cleaned. We are so proud of our home and couldn’t recommend Roof Restore more. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Shaun did such an amazing job making my roofs look NEW! He was prompt, professional & got me scheduled in a week. Not only did Shaun clean my roof, he also did my sister's and parent's houses as referrals from me. Great pricing as well for bundled work. I will be using Roof Restore services again! Shawn did an amazing job soft washing my residence. He was friendly and professional. He did a meticulous job washing it for hours while it rained. The house looks brand new again!

Absolutely thrilled with the work that Shaun did to make our older home and our garage sparkle! We had over thirty years of mold and mildew on our siding, especially in the shady spots. It looks wonderful now and I'm sure our neighbors are equally thrilled not to be looking at that mess. Shaun was courteous and very attentive to detail. I highly recommend All Star to power wash your place! I attached a photo of the before and after of my house. He was very kind and did a great job power washing my house, windows, roof, and even the patio and sidewalks! Will definitely hire him in the future!

Sure wish I could post pictures of the ridiculous notes that Cindy continues to leaves for my employees. We certainly don't leave notes itemizing all of the things your services failed to do each evening. Shopping around now to take our business elsewhere.

I have worked with Kathy, Ray & Chad regularly for over a year. They are responsive, kind & accommodating. CD Building Services is wonderful to work with.

CD Building Services (Ray & Chad) was very accommodating when working with us on two post-construction cleaning jobs. On one of the jobs, we had to stop cleaning in mid-process due to an unforeseen issue at the facility. After the issue was resolved, they did some rescheduling to get our facility cleaned so we could open on schedule. Also, they are currently doing the nightly janitorial services at both buildings and the staff at each facility is pleased with the cleanliness.
