This group of wonderful folks are absolutely top class and do an incredible job at what they do! Super friendly, respectful and I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for a cleaning company!

We hired them for a deep clean of our home after reading the positive reviews but I was a bit disappointed. For the price of the deep clean there was alot that was missed, we even did some of the add on.

Great cleaning service! Also with peace of mind with nontoxic cleaning supplies and cleaners used, our son is highly sensitive to certain products! We recommend them highly!!

I can’t believe this business is still around. Steer clear at all means, Carissa has overcharged me twice and didn’t even do a good job cleaning! There was more dust flying around after they left than before & they completely shipped one whole room. They’re the worst cleaning company I have ever experienced

Carissa is amazing and so kind. She went FAR out of her way to help me out even though I don't live in Toledo. She was quick, thorough, and so non-judgemental. I wish I lived closer to the city so that I could keep having them come back. 💜

We were moving and needed someone to give the house we were selling a good cleaning, they did a great job! So we hired them again to clean our new house. I am very sensitive to harsh chemicals, so it is so nice to have a natural cleaning product option!

Hired them to do a whole house cleaning for my dad's house we're selling. They did a great job, professional staff and the house looks awesome! Washing 1,800 Sq feet of walls and windows was not on my bucket list so they were a lifesaver and super reasonable.

Showed up on time for a deep cleaning. They advertise that they do deep cleanings, are pet friendly, and nonjudgmental. Not the case. Told us that our house was too much and they could not clean it, even though we went over the details of the home and how much of a deep clean it was beforehand. We gave them a nice tip just for coming out. I was lucky enough to have a backup come out today to look at the home and give us an estimate, which was less expensive and they did not make me feel bad about the state of my home. Really disappointed in the attitude of the owner and cleaners that came out.

Carissa is the most unprofessional owner I have ever encountered, im not sure how her business is still up and running after the way they cleaned my house & while cleaning my house they did nothing but bad mouth the previous clients they had went too while they claiming to be “no judgemental”. I should have known after seeing the way she responds to comments on her business page that it was going to be a disaster. I would never recommend this company to a single person I know.

Carissa’s Green Cleaning has cleaned my home on multiple occasions. I’m always so happy walking back in to it sparkling and smelling great. It’s such a wonderful feeling and I love that they don’t use harsh chemicals.

Carissa and her team have been taking care of me (nearly) monthly since I moved almost a year ago. The things I appreciate the most:
- The care, empathy, and relatability Carissa has for her clients. The understanding that we are just in the throes of life and there shouldn’t be a stigma around asking for or hiring help.
- The use of non-toxic cleaning solutions. I have 3 little ones and 2 small pets that appreciate that there are no chemical smells or residues left.
- I mostly appreciate coming home to a refreshing/renewed space. It feels very relieving, even if it is only short lived because ya know, kids mess it up pretty quick 😆❤️.
- I don’t know what type of vacuum they use, but it is always my favorite part seeing the carpet so fresh & lush. 🙂

I love pampering myself with Carissa Green Clean. The team of cleaners rock!! They get done in a couple hours! Boom! My house is sparkling clean, now, I can enjoy the rest of the week doing things I enjoy doing. So worth it.

Carissa and her girls are very professional, very easy to talk to or not talk if you don't want them to. They come in and get their job done in a very short period of time and it's always done to perfection. Because I work from home it's nice to have somebody come in once in awhile.
