The owner is always responsive on their Facebook business page and reminds me when i haven't booked for my next cleaning which is really nice for someone who tends to be forgetful. The employees they send are always pleasant, fast and efficient. They do a thorough job, their prices are fair and they use all natural green cleaners which is great for us and our pets! Highly recommend.

Sorry, but even after 2 years I’m still bothered that this company didn’t even offer a partial refund for their “work”. I have pictures that were sent to the owner and she agreed it was not up to her standard. Pictures were taken immediately after the “cleaning”.

We decided we needed help with keeping our home clean. We were beyond impressed with the team from Carissa’s. They did an amazing deep clean to start and get us on track. We’ve been happy with the regular cleans every couple of weeks to keep it maintained. Worth every penny!

I have been using Carissa’s Green Clean for almost 4 years. It was very important to me to use nontoxic cleaners with a baby crawling and having pets. If you want your house to smell like pine sol and bleach, look elsewhere. Carissa makes all of her cleaning products. I am so impressed with the deep cleaning service!! This was our first time having a cleaning service into our home for deep cleaning and Carissa’s did not disappoint! The girls were on time and did a review of our house and areas to clean before starting. Even though I told them they didn’t have to do certain areas because of toddler clutter, they still picked up and cleaned those areas. They moved things versus cleaning around the items or avoiding the areas. I am so appreciative of how efficient and thorough they were and look forward to having them back to help us keep up on our cleaning! When we took possession of our new house the smell of cigarettes was everywhere and the build up of dust was disgusting! The people who previously owned this house did not clean very well at all, if ever.
We had Carissa's do a deep clean as well as washing all the walls. Their team was amazing! By the time they all stopped for a break you could start to see and smell a difference. We are very happy with the work they did. They were all very kind, attentive, and efficient. Our house smells and looks so much better. The effort that Carissa's team put in was unmatched as I could never have done what they did and in the time that they did.
