Heidi did a great job getting our house clean and ready for us to move in! She really went above and beyond in the bathrooms, scrubbing the grout with a toothbrush. We were impressed with her thoughtfulness and care for our new home.

Billie was absolutely amazing! She took so much time and care to clean every part of our home. Serenity was so communicative and quick with all of their responses. I would absolutely recommend using them for any cleaning needs!

After booking, I was nervous about having cleaners over to help me battle some of life’s every day challenges of cleaning. Jataliaa made my first time Serenity Clean experience amazing! She was very through and was able to provide great customer service. I had a deep clean of my bathroom, floors and windows, and she did her thing!!! Thank you so much for having great employees like her. The products used also did not overwhelm me with smell, as I have a sensitive nose. What a great experience! Thank you!!

Would not recommend for their Move In/Move Out clean. We booked & notified them the home needed a good deep clean prior to our move in. Especially the cabinets in the kitchen that had lots of built up grease. We explained the home needed more than a quick wipe. The cleaners did arrive on time. One person arrive then maybe an hour later another. After the clean was completed I found inside of cabinets/drawers were not adequately wiped and windows which was an extra fee. I also noticed tops of cabinets were still sticky from the grease. Tops of doorways were still dusty, light fixtures dusty, tops of the shower/tub walls etc. Prior to the team getting started I explained the home needed a thorough clean. The company did have one of the young ladies come back out and I was still unsatisfied. They did give a partial refund. I found I needed to redo a good portion of the clean which defeated the purpose. When moving into a new home I need a clean space, not to live in others dirt and germs. We paid too much money for a quick wipe down and for my to have to go through and clean it all again.

It was an Awesome experience having the Serenity team member, Audra clean my house. She made everything sparkle. She cared about her work and making sure my house looked beautiful. She was very professional and represented your company well. I would love to have her clean my house again at my next cleaning. Thank you for this great experience.

My cleaner is absolutely amazing!!! Tonight I was able to come home and not have to worry about my household cleaning duties! After working 12 hours, I was able to come home, take a shower, and rest. I absolutely love her and I’m so so soooo thankful for her. She makes my work load so much lighter and I can breathe without anxiety. Thank you!

Maddy came to do a clean for a move out. I don't think I have ever seen anyone who enjoys the work more than she did. Excellent coverage, worked a 3bdr 2 1/2 bath home with finished basement. I will be very glad to recommend her to anyone who needs this service. I can't imagine what a regular clean with her capabilities would be like. Our cleaner Ana and us, came into a move-in disaster. She was very efficient, thorough, and kind. Taking care of all that needed to be done, at last minute, to prepare us for our moving company to bring things in. 10/10 would definitely recommend! I’m serious the value, is completely unheard of!
