Services provided were well beyond expectations. The team members were compassionate and really of my items were treated with care. Organized areas items were so thoughtfully placed. All surfaces from corner to corner immaculate. 10/10 highly recommend will be scheduling service again

I was expecting a woman and was surprised when I opened the door to a young man.
He did a very good job. Both bathrooms, one is ceramic tile and the kitchen floor.

The girl I had seemed like she was In a rush kept going to sit in her car and was getting frustrated when I complained about the clean that was so obviously still dirty I ordered a deep clean and wasn't that at all! I asked why she didnt clean the fan "because it was on" 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️Horrible professionalism on her part I don't think she ever gave me her name either. BOOOO

After I moved my mom out of her house, we were too exhausted to do a thorough cleaning of it to get it ready for the new family moving in. Shane spent many hours clearing away dust, cobwebs, and years of
Dirt that had built up in the nooks and crannies. We were very pleased with the job he did. He was really nice, too! I would definitely hire Serenity Clean again.

I've had this service twice now, and both times have met OR surpassed expectations. Heidi spent the better part of a day cleaning in areas that are usually missed, such as light fixtures. And Shane pulled out a lot of furniture and household items to get to hard-to-reach spaces. Will definitely return to them if I ever find myself needing cleaning services again. Well worth it.

Shane was great. Very thorough and extremely professional. If I could give more stars than 5 I would.

Billie did a great job deep cleaning our home today and was very accommodating working around my work from home schedule. Highly recommend.

My experience was horrible and I would never use these services again. I tried to rate the service and saw that someone internal had already rated it and gave it 5 stars which was NOT me. I paid for the cleaning of 2 windows but neither were cleaned. There was clumps of hair every where on the carpet and the vacuuming was horrible. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Also when I got back home, the door was unlocked which is so dangerous. Someone should have called or texted me to be like how do you lock this, not just leave a home open.

Chelsea is amazing!!!! This is the 2nd resident she helped in our assisted living. She is patient, kind, respects the residents feeling and her work is outstanding. I would 100% recommend her.

I loved everything about the cleaning service with Heidi and Je’Nay. They were sweet and cleaned a million dishes for me and scrubbed out my tub and I live in a dormitory, and that says a lot. I can definitely tell that Heidi really wanted me to be satisfied and comfortable with her work so Thank You, You guys!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely phenomenal! From inquiry to booking to cleaning, these folks were true professionals every step of the way. I set up monthly recurring service with a deep clean to start. My place looks amazing, they did such a wonderful job. Highly recommended!

Our cleaner did a fantastic job! She was friendly, professional, courteous, and just an absolute delight. She was very detail oriented and went the extra mile to make sure our apartment was spotless! Absolute 10/10!

I hired this cleaning service expecting a professional, thorough home cleaning, and unfortunately the results were extremely disappointing. The floors were still visibly dirty after the service, with dust, debris, and missed areas that should have been obvious during even a basic clean. Even more frustrating, the kitchen and bathroom counters appeared not to have been touched at all—there were clear marks, residue, and buildup left behind.

This was not a case of minor oversights; multiple core cleaning tasks were either rushed or completely skipped. For the price paid and the expectations set by a professional cleaning service, this level of work is unacceptable. I ultimately had to clean the home myself afterward, which defeats the entire purpose of hiring a service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to be honest so others can make an informed decision. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable, detailed, or professional home cleaning.

Spectacular cleaning done by Ana, she went above and beyond and reorganized our office. She was committed to making sure every bit of dust or dirt was cleaned. I saw dust come out of places that I didn’t realize you could clean. ❤️❤️!!

We are very happy with the cleaning from Serenity. The house looks - and smells - amazing! She listened to our wants and completely delivered. We will use this company again and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Had a moving clean done 3/25 , the lady that did my moving clean did really well and was a hard worker.
Signed back up for winter blues cleaning to help around the house and she’s been kind, I’m not sure if she is new or feels shortened on her allowed time to clean but she does a good enough job.

I called this cleaning company in hopes to alleviate some stress. We were moving into a house that was vacant for a few years and needed to be deep cleaned. The house is 7100 ft.² and they knew this prior. Walls, baseboards, cabinets, blinds, and windows floors, bathrooms, bedrooms were all supposed to be deep cleaned.
I did the entire kitchen and all the cabinets so they did not have to do that and I did all the closets so they did not have to do that.
They came and literally did nothing. Nothing was deep cleaned whatsoever. There was still cob webs and dirt. They left without doing the first floor or checking with the area manager to see if everything was up to par.
The area manager sent another crew to come to re-clean. They didn’t even clean in the first place to re-clean. The one girl was trying really hard, but she was just dusting some things off not deep cleaning anything trying to play catch-up and missed a whole bunch. The other girl came the day before and still did nothing the second time she came. She feel extremely uncomfortable in my own house and gave me an attitude.
The other girl never showed up.
The area a manager knew what was going on and I was in constant contact with her.
I showed her pictures of things that were not cleaned in because of their lack of training and the lack of people this company sent this put us days behind moving because everything needed to be cleaned. This caused a lot of unwanted stress.

I would not suggest this company at all. These girls are not trained very well and they do not know how to clean. They were very unreliable.

I did give me 70% of my money back. I claimed the other 30% with my credit card company.
