Don't waste your time. I called this company TWICE to come out. No return phone call. No "we're too busy right now" phone call. Nothing.

I Honestly don't know where to start .... this company has been the best experience I've ever had in the landscaping career good people to work with ,lots of laughs and hard work but at the end of the day Its all worth it pulling back into that shop just to see what was basically a family to me love yall!

When first meeting this company they brought out a man that had no clue on what was supposed to be done. The crew said they were going to arrive in the morning did not show until late afternoon. Not happy with the services I was provided. Would never recommend this place save your money

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Be careful and avoid this company when it comes to your irrigation needs. The tech that came out was very inexperienced. Changed out my irrigation panel and did a lot of unnecessary time consuming digging that was not nessessary. Turns out he made a call to another irrigation company and the guy over the phone told him how to fix system. It was a five minute fix instead of the 5.5 hours and the new panel. Bill was over 700.00 and could ve been fixed in 5 mins. So please take heed and avoid these guys when it comes to irrigation. The tech is not experienced at all.

They left a flyer on our front door. Husband called them Friday of last week and left a message. No return call. He called them again on Monday midday and spoke to a woman who took down his information and stated that she would give the information to a sales person and they would be in contact with him. It's now Friday again and still NO CALL. If you aren't going to return calls soliciting your services then quit leaving your stupid flyers on our door soliciting our business. We've gone with the guy who returned the first call same day and came out the next to give a quote. Customer Service is EVERYTHING from the get go.

Called them the day of installation about dead spots. They waited till 2 days before warranty was up to replace dead areas and I think they used what ever was left over from jobs and put them in my yard I would not recommend them to anyone

Toledo Lawns has done a wonderful job for our condo property for the last two years. Employees were courteous and polite and knew what they were doing. Clean up was ok, but could be improved upon. Will talk to Josh before next year. However, based upon previous trimming companies we have had in the past, Toledo Lawns is the best by far.

Read the reviews and decided to give them a try. First thing the lady on the phone said was that they were 3 weeks out for work. I said that was fine. She took my information and the work I wanted done. Said someone would call me within a couple of days. After a week, I called back and left a message. Didn't want to seem pushy so waited 2 more weeks. Called back and talked to same lady. I asked why no one ever called me back. She said they were too busy and were now focusing on commercial work. Gave no apology. Will never get my residential or commercial business.
